Worst Experience Ever!!! Went in to purchase two Samsung Phones..I was supposed to get a rebate for both phones, and the Manager said they would do that for us...Well they didnt. So now I am out $400 because of their mistake. I have been in several times and I get nowhere with the manager...He tells me he is working on it or his Rep is on Vacation (LMAO- Come on)...Well Its been going on since May and its now Mid Sept..Think he had enough time?? Well not according to him as no Rep from either Samsung or Verizon ever gets back to him. Really? And best is when I ask him for a copy of the E-mails he sent so maybe i can contact someone is this, .." I dont have any proof our Email does not work like that" . Really? 2016 and you dont have a sent folder..Give me a Break.. Same goes for a phone #...he cant give that out...please. He knows they screwed up but will not take ownership of the problem. These guys are when Great Selling you a phone so they get the commision, but once you leave you are useless to them... Its the same way they are at handling customer service...USELESS!!! Stay Far away.

I came into this store after a horrible experieance with another store I spoke to the rep at store his name was john and he was very helpful and explained in detail everything about my new phone and plan that way there not be any confusion on the bill, john was very insightful and went above and beyond even so much as setting the bluetooth up in my car, if your coming here go see my guy john

I just updated my phone to an 5s from a flip top. The store manager Tony, the sales clerk Charlie and the one I first spoke with John were top of the line. They explained the phone, which was a big switch for me. The expenses I will incur and what was the best phone for me. I hope that these three men get the accolades they deserve. I wish to commend Virgil Snaggs, store manager in this Verizon Wireless store. He is very informed about the products. More importantly though, is that he is polite and willing to do work, over and above, what his position entails in accommodating his customers. I certainly will return there when the time comes to buy a product he sells.

I went in the store to find a new phone that was similar in interface to the one I already owned. Instead, I was made fun of by the manager of the store because I "wanted to play with the phone screen". Im taking my business to Best Buy.
