Wow, I just bought a Nexus 6P in the mail. On the Google Store. Google sends the Phone out without a Sim Card so you can pick any Company you want. So Im Shopping for a good Price with as much Data as possible. T-Mobile, 3GB Data Unlimited talk & Text, Sim Free, Switch Number Over Free $50/mo. At&t, 1.5 GB of 4G Data Unlimited 3G, Talk & Text $45/mo. Sim free. Switch line free. I get on the phone with Verizon and straight off the Sim is going to cost $30, 1GB Data Unlimited talk & text. $50, WHAT !!!!! By far the worst one. And Ive called them all.

I was in and out of this store within five minutes, that is the only reason I gave two stars. The first guy I saw greated me and told me to see the other guy for pick up. So I said good morning to the other guy, no response. I thought he didnt hear me so I said it again and he just say you here for a pick up. Once we where finish I said thank you, no response. Then I said thank you have a good day. NOTHING! I thought that was very insulting. You dont need a company to train you to say good morning are your welcome.

Robert the store manager was so helpful and answered all my questions before I was even able to ask any. He suggested products for my new phone not only to make a sale but to show me how it would benefit me in the long run and he didnt make unnecessary sales. The store was so busy yet he helped everyone in a timely manner and kept his cool. I dont live anywhere near this store but I will definitely make the trip just for his amazing customer service and product knowledge.

Excellent experience both times I came to this location. Aaron helped My son get his prepaid phone turned on in May. I decided to add the phone to my account, and returned to this location today,because of the 5 star service I received in May. Aaron was there and remembered my son. I bypass stores closer to me because of the service received here.
