To start off, Ive been a T-Mobile customer for a couple years. Ive always been a skeptic of Verizon and its phone plans. So, as I was in the area, I decided to take a trip to the Verizon store in Bronxville. Little to my surprise, I had one of the greatest customer service experiences that I decided to write a review (something I do not do often). One particular employee was extremely patient with me despite my ignorance concerning Verizon and its plans. Steven meticulously and patiently went through every nuisance of the new Verizon unlimited plan and helped me through the process. Thus, as I slowly transition from T-Mobile to Verizon, I will be sure to go back to this Bronxville location and HIGHLY recommend anyone else wanting to look for a great company and great customer service to visit this store in particular. Thank you Verizon and thank you Steven.

Shopped for a phone on a weekend and the staff was very helpful. They had customers coming and going and were very patient with one particularly technically challenged customer. They did a great job assisting us in upgrading our Windows phone to an iPhone, but it did take over 1-1/2 hours and we eventually wound up with a cell hotspot that I am not convinced we actually want or need even though the rep showed us that by including it we actually reduce our monthly fees. Too busy to go back and run through the details again, and so deducting one star because of the hotspot add-on to the transaction without making the charges clear to us.

I did not know about the employees before going into the store. But immediately after entering, everyone was very heart warming and polite. I spoke to one of the employees called Justin and he helped me figure out what plan would be best suited for my family and I since were were transitioning from another cellular carrier. He even was helpful enough to help us navigate through the phone selection process and informed us about the extended warranty that we would be able to purchase. Overall this store is under very good management and knows how to pick exceptional and qualified employees.

Ive been coming to this store for the past year, and I must say the store manager, Justin is amazing to deal with. He helped me out with so much technical stuff, I dont even need to go to the Apple Store because he knows everything about iPhones! He gives you his opinions about certain products from many points of views, and hes great to talk to which is great! He is highly considered an asset to Verizon and I see him doing big things for this company. Great store, excellent!

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Justin and may I say what a great time I had! Usually when walking into a Verizon store you get bored and they take forever but he made it extremely fun and entertaining! Best part is, I came in to purchase a charger and he convinced me to buy an entirely new phone! He got me the new iPhone 7 and transferred everything exactly the same way it was on my previous phone. What an excellent employee and friendly person! Great store!

Went over to this place for some quick adjustments on my new phone and the staff could not been more helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable.. Justin went out of his way to help and get me all set up with my new iPhone, made it very simple and super easy.. this is the best costumer service I received in a very long time .. If I could give 10 stars I would , thank you Justin and the staff .. I will recommend this place to all my friends

I decided to change companies from AT&T to Verizon. I went to my nearest store which was in Bronxville, and I had the most charming sales representative - Justin D. He went over everything very clearly, and was so friendly! The service has been great, and I’ve had 0 issues at all. I’m so glad I’ve made this change. I would not hesitate to come back to this store again, and I would definitely seek out Justin!

I came into the Bronxville Verizon store for a USB charger today. I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped. Steven D offered to chargers and recommended the best one for me. He also made me aware of a special which I was interested in and took advantage of. Best of all he ended up saving me money on my monthly bill. I will be back to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 to a Samsung 8.

Went in the store last week to fix my iPhone, and received excellent help from Justin D. Helped me with technical issues of the phone, he also helped me put on a screen protector (without leaving a bubble!). Definitely recommend this store, staff is all extremely friendly and will help you solve your problems! I will definitely be coming back if I ever have any issues with my devices.

Had a wonderful experience dealing with perry today. I had a older phone and was looking for a up to date phone. Perry helped to select a iPhone. He took the time to show me how to use my phone and even came to my car to connect my Bluetooth. He went above and beyond. Service was great and he was so patient. Great store and staff

They sent Charlie to the thornwood location from bronxville for the week and let me tell you that he was awesome. He was very patient and knowledgeable.He help me pick the right phone and plan and also gave me a free tablet. I highly recconmend him to anyone. Sadly I wish he stayed in thornwood we need more guys like him...

Excellent customer service. The store manager Justin was sincere and took the time to explain different products and help me find exactly what I was looking for. Normally Im not a fan of in store experiences, but this changed my mind. Definitely will be coming back to this location for all of my future Verizon needs!

Steve, from the Bronxville Verizon store patiently trouble shooted all of the issues with my I-Phone. When Apple failed to call back after they disconnected with us twice, Steve found a different solution for me that backed up EVERYTHING on my phone and then transfer it to a new one. Steve saved my day!

They know all about their products and Justin especially, what a friendly guy. I must say, this is quality service over here. I will recommend this store to anyone I meet.

The experience at this Verizon was very quick and satisfying. An employee named Justin helped me with fixing my iPhone and he was very knowledgeable about the new plans offered. He also had a great attitude while working. Many other employees should be more like him!
