Can I just say wow. Coming to this location was the worst decision. If you pay attention to red flags this is one of them. SCAMMERS! I read several reviews on this man named BARRY, saying how amazing he was so I decided to go to him because I really needed help and great service. Well let me tell you how uninformative this man was. He did not explain anything in detail and brushed everything off to just get a sale. I had to ask him so many questions that were things that he should have explained before signing up anyone. That is standard but nope not to Barry. He was the worst. After seeing my first bill I noticed so many random charges and when I called to ask him what all the charges where he replied with stop harassing him mind you that was my first time calling. Then come to find out this disgusting man saved his number into my phone with out even asking if I wanted it . I assumed that was the store number but nope, which is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. They Seriously need to fire this man. I dont even know how he is a manager if he didnt even know simple things that has to do with procedure. VERIZON YOU WILL LOOSE MANY CUSTOMERS because of this man. I sure will never go with Verizon because of it. EVERYONE STAY CLEAR. Its for your own good.

I came into the store because I was having issues with storage on my Iphone. Fortunately the store manager Barry was very patient in helping me. I maxed my phone out and no storage space left. He suggested Google Photos to free up my space. Unfortunately I had forgotten my passwords. He was able to reset everything. Thank you for your help I will make my future purchases here and not at the Apple Store. Sarah

This is the best store ever! The workers are knowledgeable and experienced and understand what real customer service is. Barry fixed my problem quickly, a problem that three separate reps from Verizon couldnt fix (one in store, two separate phone calls to 1800 customer service number and total waste of about 8 hours of my time!!!) Barry is the only reason why I am remaining a Verizon customer!

Just purchased a new phone from this Verizon store ... the two gentlemen Barry and Joel who helped me were extremely kind and patient. They made sure all information was transferred over correctly.. in the past in other stores, i have had important information deleted. Not this time. Everything was done perfect! I definitely recommend this store.

I purchased a Galaxy S7 Note from them and they are refusing to participate in the mandatory recall of it. I have called them multiple times and they tell me they ordered it and when I go in to pick it up they act like they don;t know what Im talking about. WORST SERVICE EVER!
