This is a small location. There are usually only 2-3 employees working the front at a time. The staff has consistently been knowledgeable and helpful in my handful of experiences. Professionalism/Maturity slightly lacks from time to time. However, it has not affected my experience. This place can get pretty busy on the weekends and YES you will wait for a little bit before you are helped. I suggest to get there early on the weekends or try a weekday.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I waited for one hour until I get to talk to someone. Plus the guy did not give me an activation code to set up my service, so I wasnt even able to get the service and had to call T-mobile customer care and eventually I have to go back to the store to return what I purchased. Dont go to this store, youll waste your time. NEVER.

Exactly, horrible customer service. They also charged more taxes than you supposed to pay. Check everything before you paid, especially for the taxes. They also did not wave the shipping fee when you purchased a new phone, this is how they make money. Avoid this store if you want to save your money.

I was looking to buy a phone. I went in one night. Waited forever to be helped. Then I was told one things by the associate. I slept on the idea of the new phone. 3 days later I go back to find that ALLL the information that other rep gave me was wrong. -_- really bad customer service

Worst customer service! And it wasnt even busy... I cant believe 2 associates had to help just one customer when there were 2 of us... I was asking for help, & they made me wait forever. Wassup with that? So I left! I have a life ya know...!
