I purchased a phone at this store. There is a prominent sign saying products can be returned for a full refund within seven days. I brought my phone to return during this period. The cashier told me the policy did not apply to the phone that I purchased. I said the sign says items can be returned within seven days. The cashier started yelling and cursing at me, saying I’m “trying to F***” him. I asked to speak with a manager, he called a PCS customer service number. After speaking with them, he said he will take the phone back, but will charge a $35 restocking fee. I asked where it was written that he can charge this fee? He said “nowhere but I’m charging it anyway”. During the entire process he continued to use profane language and was extremely rude. At no time did I raise my voice or curse. I agreed to pay the fee just to be done with the ordeal. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Stay away!

A very good store. Just bought a samsung galaxy s5. Being in that store is good. Because the staff is so helpful. They help with all the issues that you have. They will make sure that you will leave happy from that store. I found them on Google and drove all the way from the Bronx just to come to this store. I also read their reviews before I came. And guess what. The reviews didnt lie. Love the store. Love the service. I will go tree sure shop here again in the future. A truly best cellphone store in New York. They also fixed my Samsung galaxy s4. My screen was cracked. So they replaced it at a very cheap price while I was waiting. All I want to say. Great job. And keep it up

A really good metropcs store. I find this store to be very helpful. They helped with all of my issues. I purchased a new phone there today. The employees are.very patient and helpful. They dont rush you out of the store. I also fixed my phone there several times and it was excellent. They fixed my iPhone LCD and home button in 20 minutes which was great and cheap at the same time. This is probably the best iPhone repair store in new York and the best customer service store in ny. Thank you very much fellas forbhelping me with my issues. I will recently shop there many more times if there customer service will be as good as it is now

Store reps are really good at what they do. The technicians are well informed of all of the options on the devices that they sell. We had few issues with the phones, but thankfully, the store rep did not send us to another store, but instead fixed it right away. Its really rare when you see a store rep providing full customer service to customers that did not purchase their phones at their location. Good job guys, will send customers to your 1981 20th ave location. A+++++

Great store. Will go there again as soon as i will need a phone. Customer service is just amazing. they know what they are talking about. also had an issue with my phone, so i went back and they fixed it right on the spot. After sale customer service is really good, not like other stores when they just send you to another store to get helped. great job guys, keep it up A+++++

best cellphone repair store in brooklyn folks. i had a problem with my iphone 5 screen. i brought it to this store and they fixed my cracked lcd in 20 minutes. by far the best store in brookly that i know. you can say that its thr best iphone repair store in brooklyn. i went to several locations and they tried to overcharge me twice. love this store. will shop again
