DO NOT TRUST PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER ON EBAY. I had an experience on Oct 28, I purchased a cellular phone to be delivered by Nov 2, 2015. I called Ebay to cancel since I would not be at that address if it arrived after that date, Ebay contacted the seller and he said it was alaready sent and would be delivered no later than Nov 2. I waited for the phone and it was not delivered. I checked the tracking and it not left New York, I sent the seller to cancel or I would pick it up at their store on Nov 2, they said no. I asked for the item to be signed upon delivery since I knew there would be no one at my office. The phone was never delivered,it was returned to the seller and I NEVER RECEIVED MY refund of $105.00. This seller is a fraud, I suggest all buyers stay away from this seller.

The phone is great except my call recipients cannot hear me unless I put the phone on speaker-phone, it sounds like I am far away, otherwise. As soon as I switch back to normal phone they cannot hear me. The microphone is fine. I went though all the trouble shooting guides. I believe that it is a software issue. OK, now trying to send it back there is absolutely no way to phone contact them. Took 2 days to get a RA to send it back. Been a week since I have put it in the mail from Delaware to Brooklyn. Still have not heard a peep from the organization. Buy some where else. POS customer service. There is none. Now I will have to deal with them through Ebay. Sucks

Hi i ordered a Samsung galaxy note four from your end and when the item was delivered to me i have not been able to use it for the purpose for which i bought the phone. This is because any time i turned the phone on within 3 minutes it will automatically goes off. Initially i thought it was a battery problem and so i charged the battery for 8 continuous hour but still the phone could not turned on. For this reason i want to return the phone for exchange. Poor customer service. Was sold defective phone and when asked if I could return it after I received a new phone, they agreed. When my new phone finally arrived, they said it was beyond the return limit and refused the return. Not trust worthy at all. Youre better with an actual carrier.

iPhone arrived 2 days ahead of schedule. They shipped it immediately. It was in perfect condition. The battery life is amazing. I waited a few days to do a review to make sure the refurbished iPhone 5 i bought was legit, and it was. I highly recommend buying from Guarantee Cellular.

Dont Trust this company they are fake I bought beats from this company. I ordered it on May 3rd then it came on May 12th .When it came I opened the package I saw the beats then I plugged it on my phone and they did Not WORK!!! I am so so mad. So please dont buy from the company

I ordered a speaker and it arrived dysfunctional with a big dent in the side and a random cell phone charger that didnt fit with the charging port. Just an awful experience with these guys all around. Incredibly difficult and slow return process as well.
