Good, but slow with sales, but do not come back to this store if you had difficulties or concerns about your AT&t purchase. Even when I was following instructions printed on their receipt, and after a conversation with an AT&T rep. Via phone, two large and dismissive males, working the store in the morning, refused to accept a returned product. After hours on the phone with AT&T, the issue was resolved when AT&T had the "real" manager accept responsibility for the policy printed on their receipts. I refused to go back to that store to return the product, not wanting to relive a nightmare experience, and went to an AT&T store on 86th street and 4th avenue, where they took the return with few questions in 10 minutes was out of the store. Should have read store reviews before going to the 5th Ave. AT&T store.

i was totally mislead by the sales rep MIKE. i went in to open a new line for my daughter and im considered to be grandfathered in with my plan having unlimited data, so MIKE assured me that the new line for my daughter would have the same unlimited data plan. im thinking great.. so i go ahead and open the new line and i come to find out that i was blatantly lied to just for the sale... BE WARNED.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS AT&T STORE IF "MIKE" IS THERE. 5120 5TH AV. BROOKLYN NY.. He should be fired or seriously dealt with and have disciplinary actions taken against him. Yours Truly.. unsatisfied AT&T customer. no thanks to MIKE....

The customer service there is really bad specially the manager JOSE..I bought a LG headset in this store and is not good anymore and I went to the store to see if they can exchange it and made me wait 2 hours to talk me. Went back the next day course they said they were gonna have it ready and so I went and they told me that theres nothing they could do because I dont have the original received but I have my card statement showing the transaction but it not enough for the manager and he had a really nasty attitude wen he talks to you like hes better than me. He said it was my responsibility to save my receipts .WTF

Not toooo bad ... Certainly not like the grandfather one. I actually had a similar case ... grandfather line starting anew line and I was told up front that new line definitely wouldnt have the same plan. My only complaint would be often not "promptly" attended to. Now I dont need to be seen in 2 seconds but if if Im waiting there with a charger in hand waiting to pay, at least acknowledge me and let me know youll be a minute. I once stood 20 mins waiting to pay and not so much as a glance in my direction. So I left.

Service level was adequate. I have visited twice and both times received prompt though certainly not passionate assistance. The bad reviews posted here sound a bit hokey and not well thought out. I love the review where someone thinks the store is trying to maliciously dishonor her warranty. Theyre certainly under no obligation to provide replacements for third party chargers months after the purchase date... suck it up and contact the manufacturer.
