not good service at all its under new management and i think its for the worse. i paid for my new cell phone in full and im still waiting for it!! i asked for my money back and the lady responded that she can not refunded it cause the manager was not available. very poor customer service i want my money back period!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff but... Im not able to pay with a gift card or Visa like I think they just want my money. I would rather go to metro pcs. Boost mobile service cuts off once in a while and the internet is slow.

No customer service. Getto style talk. Every time you around to buy something from them, store is closed. You want someone to help you? Check stores around. Guy is probably chatting with somewone there.
