I want to share my experience on 12/26/16 at 2pm in Verizon Wireless Store at 2141 86th Street in Brooklyn, NY. I am a 17 years customer with Verizon Wireless (Yes! I never change to any cell phone carrier for the past 17 years!) For the reason I join my husband family plan in another carrier so Ill close my Verizon account. On 12/26, the new carrier need my Verizon account and pin #. I did not have the information on hand so I just walked to the Verizon store (on the same block). I asked a customer representative who sat by the customer service desk. He is about 30 years old white man and wear eyeglasses. When he knew I close my account, his face turned very ugly and nasty immediately. I told him I am a long term customer with Verizon Wireless for 17 years and the reason to close account. Hes so rude and yelled at me "WHY dont you bring your husband here?....... That is ridiculous to change to T-Mxxxxx.........." He checked my account and he threw my ID card back roughly on the table and yelled again, "Your husband has to see me!" He gave me a really hard time and didnt want to offer any help! I left the store right away and I got my account and pin # by calling 611. What a shame! After as a 17-years customer with Verizon Wireless, the last thing Verizon Wireless left me are the rudeness, disrespectful and insulting.

They would lie to you to make business. Boris told me the phone as long as not opened will be returned out the 14 days period. When I tried to return an IPhone unopened phone , they denied that. Adam is unprofessional person, he opened my bag and searched in it, took my with surprise, he was looking for a receipt there, tried to redirect him , which was not possible with his rudeness. This person should be reprimanded for his none professionalism. I highly dont recommend verizon generally and this store specially . whatever they tell you you need to get it in writing to have a proof .

I must say that I have a 50/50 feeling about this store. They are definitely helpful and try to do the best that they can to help, but sometimes they have a hard time balancing all customers. The line gets long at rush hours, and the clerk that signs you in at the front, doesnt always know what you really need and puts you in the wrong que, causing the wait to escalate. The also try to upsell anything they can try, which is understandable since they are trying to make their sales, but they lie to do so, which I am not thrilled about.

Theres an Asian guy whos very nice and always helps me, if I dont see this guy i just leave the store because girls who work there give you an attitude. Thanks God I got rid of Verizon and dont have to come there again. When I had a problem and I was keep coming one of the girls said Theres nothing we can do for you, you have to call costumer service and talk to them. So why do you work there??????? All that Verizon do is asking you for money and charge extra and extra. The worst service Ive ever had! Never come back to Verizon!

The best, awesome customer service. Richard and the store manager Mr. Kong was very professional and helpful by providing us with one of the top service compare to other Verizon branches. Its shocking to me why they got low ratings from other customers. Even when we were leaving, the store manager and Richard made sure we got satisfied with the service with a warm smile. Go there, meet these two people and get the real proof of my words. Thanks guys. Keep it that way.

the general manager, Kong is extremely unprofessional and rude. customers are to be treated with respect at all times, we are the reason why you have a job. In a managerial position such as yours where youre often most likely approached by a dissatisfied customer your job is to make the customer feel like youve listed and youve tried to remedy issue at hand to say the least. dismissing the conversation and acting like its not your problem is not the best way to handle.

Assholes !!! My wife lost iPhone and I asked them to give me new sim card replacement and they gave me hard time and didnt gave me card. I was told that they cant give me card without new phone, I even offered my phone for processing but no luck ... I went to another store and got new sim card without problem. Plus before that I called customer service and they also sent me new card and actually I got new phone with new card inside , and now I have three cards

Had a great experience dealing with Kong and his store. I called in advance to setup an appointment to port over 4 lines and everything went off without a hitch. Everyone was very pleased with the level of service and Kong always called me back when I had any question relating to the process or bill. Highly recommend.

They will flat out lie to you for a sale. If you want to buy something, extend a contract, upgrade a phone, avoid the lady but if you must interact with her, get what she claims on video so you have evidence in case you find out she told you a bold faced lie to syphon money from your wallet
