SCAM ALERT - BUYERS BEWARE!!! I switched my families 5 devices to T-Mobile after their promise to pay off my devices. Of course, I had to pay the final bill that included the devices and T-Mobile would send me a gift card to cover it. Well after 8 months they still owe me $1100 and refuse to pay!!! Even better, if I want to cancel guess what?!? I get the privilege of paying off my devices AGAIN to T-Mobile! YAHOO!! I just love getting screwed! HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE reception, calls drop constantly! PLEASE LEARN FROM MY NIGHTMARE!! DO NOT USE T-MOBILE!!!

My experience with this store is becoming a nightmare. they refused to assist me with my daughters cell. the cell is still under warranty and after I called the assistance to explain the situation, the new phone was delivered to the store and they refused to accept it and they sent it back. My daughter is without phone since two weeks and I wasted my time going 4 times to this store with no result. They are very rude and unprofessional people. AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU CAN!!!!!! This store is terrible, they are so uninterested in helping anyone. Staff and manager are rude and lazy. They caused me to be without a phone for nearly a week, and previously led me to receive wrongful charges of nearly $1,000 on my bill (which were reversed, after months of fighting with T-Mobile). The T-Mobile store on Northern is way better, they have helped me out every time, whereas this store leaves me disappointed and frustrated every single time I deal with them.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. STAFF WAS RUDE WITH MY 70 YEAR OLD PARENTS. THEY WENT IN TO CHANGE THEIR PLAN BUT THE PLACE WAS CROWDED. MY FATHER ASKED IF THERE WAS A LINE AND THE MANAGER HAD AN ATTITUDE AND RUDELY RAISED HIS VOICE. HE TALKED DOWN TO MY FATHER. MY PARENTS FELT UNCOMFORTABLE AND LEFT THE STORE. THEY WENT TO THE NORTHERN BLVD STORE. I WISH I COULD LEAVE NO STARS SINCE THEY DID NOT GET SERVICED!

Let me tell you this store workers are so cheating i went to get an lg g5 they got me the device with open box and the phone had a screen protecter on and they try to tell me the phone was brand new so guys please be careful
