I am appalled of the terrible service I received at this store. I came in last week with an iPhone 6 128GB with a home button that required a hard press to register a click. I came in and saw they were attending customers so I sat down and waited to be attended. They finished servicing their patrons but instead of attending me immediately the employees were too distracted on their phones to even look in my direction. A full 5 minute’s pass and at this point I’m wondering if they know I’m in front of them. I walk up to the front desk to get their attention and I show them my phone and the problems I’ve been having and they informed me it should be finished later in the day and they’ll contact me. I call the store 4 hours later to ask if my phone is ready, it took a few tries before I was answered first by an employee’s loud burp before I heard a Hello (disgusting). He informs me that it should be ready the following day and not today. The following day I come in and pick up my phone, and they demonstrate that the button works and when I’m handed the phone I notice that my finger isn’t automatically unlocking my phone. I ask about it the touch ID and they tell me its normal for a button replacement to result in the touch ID acting strangely. They told me a factory reset would fix it and that I should do it at home so I can back up my data. So I hesitantly leave the store and go home to back up and reset my phone. I ended up updating and touch ID still wasn’t working. So I again head back to the store (the same day I picked it up) and see the same young man, he takes my phone and looks at it and informs me that the water damage seal on my phone had been tripped and it was most likely the problem with the touch ID. I told him that I don’t let my phone anywhere near water and that I’m sure it wasn’t tripped when I handed them my phone and I don’t understand how I could’ve damaged my phone with water. He chuckles at me and passes off my explanation as an excuse, he heads to the back and later comes back to let me know that since they can’t confirm whether it was water damaged before or after repair, that it isn’t covered under their 90-day warranty. Obviously upset I ask to see someone higher up to possibly help me better than he could and he says one moment and heads to the back. 15 Minutes later, he comes staggering back with a corny smile on his face and asks how he can assist me, almost oblivious to the fact that he was already helping me. Confused I asked him if he remembered that he was assisting me with my phone. He takes a quick ponder and asks if I’m here about the cracked Samsung S6 edge. At this point I have had it with this salesman and with his store. I just take my phone and begrudgingly went to the apple store in Ridge Hill and had them service the phone. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a non-apple certified repair service. I recommend anyone looking to get their phone replaced to try anywhere but this store. It is poorly managed, they didn’t take proper care of my phone and left me with no choice but to go somewhere else to fix my phone and burned a hole out of my wallet because of that. BEWARE!

The service was great and the people were very nice but the replacement part was not. Not an OEM part or even close to it and their warranty does not include breakage for a good reason. The screen looked funny right off with a bluish tint due to poor polarization alignment. It never fit right and bends within the phone when pressed. There were small gaps at two of the corners. I considered taking it back then but didnt. My mistake. Well, after just a month it broke. It fell three feet onto a very resilient vinyl floor in my kitchen. It broke in six different directions due to the fact it is not rigid and twists so easily in the phone. This shouldnt have happened. I went back to them and they offered me a 15% discount on a replacement. As the parts were the same, I passed. I then went to another repair shop and they repaired it in front of me. What an eye opener. Two of the internal screws were missing and one, the non-magnitized screw, was in the wrong place. A gasket for the camera was missing as was a rubber spacer. The technician straightened out the case using specialized phone fixing tools. The result, the new screen fits perfectly without the gaps along the edge of the previous one. There are no shadows and the screen does not bend into the phone when I press on it. I am so glad I didnt accept their gracious 15% discount to redo their work.

Came in with a battery that needed to be replaced and broken screen had to come back two times because they didnt have battery in stock there was no issue there my issue is that I came in two times and neither times did they see my phone was bent and these are supposed to be professionals and the next day the screen cracked while laying on table I call them that day and complained about this stress crack manager told me he would either give my money back or fix which they did neither the manager just by looking at it could see it was bent the two times they opened my phone and diagnosed it they could of let me know I could of kept the screen I had it was just as bad instead I wasted money and the store doesnt warrantee there work so I will also be writing to the bbb and every site that reviews them note to the public dont go to this store if they dont stand by there warrantee as a company its not worth risking your money and time on them

Dropped off a macbook pro for repair. They said it would be $99 and take a week. They called me over a week later and said they needed screws and are unable to get them and could I order them online and bring them in. I did and brought them in a week later. Another week passes and they call and say they need other screws and can I order those and bring them in, so I do that. Then another 2 weeks pass and they call and say it needs a new case and they are unable to do the repair that they originally said they could over a month prior. But they will call their supplier and see if they can get a replacement and get back to me within 2 days. Its now been another 2 weeks, so I call the office and am told the technician working on my computer is not in, and they are unable to tell me anything about the status of my computer, but will have him call me when he returns?

I brought in a laptop with a screen that was acting up to see if it was fixable or we needed to replace the whole thing. After taking a look, I received a call from "Q" the tech who was working on it, and he was completely honest that there was about a 50-50 chance that he could fix it, or it would actually be made worse. He also said that if they couldnt fix it, we wouldnt be charged anything, so given that we considered the machine unusable with the screen the way it was anyway, I told him to go ahead and give it a shot. Happy day, he called and said it was fixed and now the laptop I was about to trash is usable again! Great, honest and fast service -- so glad I happened upon this establishment and would highly recommend and use again!
