Noah, he was so cold and rude. His customer service skills were very abrasive Almost like I w a s disrupting him. He g a be me numbers out of the ballpark way outover pricing when I questioned what the cost was for he told me it was for the phone I went to another Verizon dealer for the same phone and they did not want to charge me anything for my new phone with a two year plan he Told me to go to another verizon store he then told me that the 6 is an old phone to hold on to my phone and come back and purchase the 7buyers beware of bullies like Noah. there are just too many reliable companies that truly care about customers and this Verizon store located in Mahopac is not one of them.

Absolutely terrible customer service. With not one other customer in the store I went in for help with a new device and within 1 minute I was out the door because I could tell the guy didnt want to help me
