Im a clutz - and Ive cracked some of my electronics on more than one occasion. But Repair Xpert, truly are xperts (pun intended!). Ive been to many electronic repair stores, but, repair xperts always gets the job done efficiently with a quick turnaround time and amazing customer service. They fixed my iphone for a flat $100, AND a 90-day warranty for the part. I was pretty darn happy. Still using my iphone and it works perfectly :) I came here when I had a cracked android as well. Theyre not only exclusive to fixing apple products, they truly will fix any product. So, folks, if you have your iPhone, android, laptop, or anything other electronic device that needs even a hint of repairing - Repair Xperts are your guys. They get the job done - fast. efficiently. and impeccably. Thanks for always treating me with such kind customer service, and always making my phone feel brand new again no matter how many times I accidentally crack it! I had my charge port replaced on my phone. Got great service then... but in a week my mic did not work. I was told on the orginal repair that if I have a problem with the port or mic it was the same part and both are covered. I went back and they gave me a bit of grief. But fixed it. I than move to peekskill and about a week from their 90 warranty my mic stop again. This time the guy said that it is not the same part and therefore not covered (case close and go look on his face)... then his manager says that the part it not covered because the only way the mic stops is humidity, moisture, debris or solder breakers. The worker didnt take the phone apart to prove one way or the other. Plus I know where my phone has been. Both the manager and employee were very rude about it and it felt like they were making up reasons to go back to watching youtube, since there was no other customers and I heard/saw him laughing with music in the background.

Iphone 6 - Original glass was cracked so had them replace it for $130. They replaced it and the home button made an audible click when pressed that isnt suppose to be there. I returned it and they told me that was normal. It wasnt. After my insistence they fixed the clicking button and all was fine. 2 weeks later the phone glass cracked in my pocket while walking. I wasnt worried because it came with a 90 day warranty. When I tried to have them fix it again they told me it was a "blunt impact" and they wouldnt warranty it. They could however offer me $10 off the full price repair again. When questioned they said the glass manufacturer wouldnt refund them the money. I asked who it was to see if there was something I could do and they refused to name their supplier (A dead giveaway they are using cheap chinese knock-off glass to repair phones). In the end they refused to fix it so I am out of luck.

I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon and was paying the same $ for 2 line of service. I did my research and wanted some one with knowledge of how net10 service was.i went 3 stores before coming to this location on Main Street and spoke to George , who gave me the complete run down on net10 also suggested a plan that fits my budget and half what I was paying with Verizon and AT&T. I generally dont write reviews but after being to this place , I wanted to make sure people know where to go when they have any problems with carriers. Repair experts are truly the solution store that every neighborhood should definitely have. Highly recommend.

This place definitely gets 5 stars. The service was incredibly fast and the pricing incredibly reasonable. Comparable services charge almost twice as much. You can even access a coupon code to save $10 off their price. I walked into the store at 5:30 today hoping they would be able to help me. I expected to wait at least a day for my phone to be ready. To my surprise the guys over there had it done by 6. Looks like a brand new phone. They didnt try to sell me anything that I did not need. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be back if need be.

PRO: Really good quality repair of my Samsung Galaxy S5! I had a severely cracked screen and the display wasnt working because of that. It cost $164 for my model but it is worth it trust me. The cost depends on your damage and phone model. You can go to their website and apply for an appointment to get $20 OFF your total price. The guy was really nice too. He did the repair the same day. CON: You have to wait 1:15 hour for the repair and if he is busy with other customers too its gonna be at least 2 hours but the wait is worth it!

Terrible service. I dropped off my galaxy phone because it would not power up. They told me it would be 100 dollars to fix. I did not have the money at the time so I told them I would bring it back. When I dropped it off the second time they charged me 50 dollars deposit and told me it would be done in 5 days. 2 weeks later I had to keep calling to get a answer when it would be done. Then they text me saying it can not be fixed and they would not refund my 50 dollars. Total rip off do not use them.

I have never and an issue with laptop repairs done at this site, which is why I go them whenever I have any problems. I usually get back my stuff in the condition in which I sent them but that was not the case this time. The charger to my laptop was stripped in places in one spot it was l stripped to the wires. This is a fire hazard and now I have an added expenditure to purchase a new charger...and they are not cheap. I have a pictures but Im unsure if I can post them.

I needed a new charge port on my Samsung Galaxy S3. RepairXpert was professional and competent. I was given a reasonable estimate of completion and the work was completed on time. The repair is still working and happy with results. I also received a holiday/online discount which was a bonus. I would have given 5 starts except I was expected to pay before the repair was made. All other repair merchants as well as most other merchants expect payment when picked up.

Took my Sammy S4 with a cracked screen for repairs. My daughter dropped the phone from the second floor to the first. Even the otterbox defender couldnt protect it. Thought the phone was beyond repairs. To my surprise it wasnt. In fact the phone literally looks like a brand new phone after the work was done. The gentleman who fixed the phone was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Highly recommend RepairXpert.

Got my samsung galaxy s6 fixed the same day. Other places had to order the part and wait 5 days. Who can be without a phone these days ? So after making a few calls I landed on this page , called them made an appointment for same day , got my phone fixed with 2 hours , same day service ... I highly recommend this business to all my friends and family. Great customer service & repairs :)
