I went to this store and Joe cassone helped me out with a stressful predicament i was in. I ordered a phone for my daughter through Verizon sales by phone and payed for overnight shipping and she didnt put overnight with Saturday delivery on it. The arrival date was for Monday but i wanted to give it to my daughter for her birthday on Sunday. They told me on the that they cant cancel my order because it already left the warehouse. Joes expertise worked it out for me, he got me the phone and canceled my order when they told me they cant. He even helped me out with my wifes upgraded phone and showed us how to swap everything over to her new phone. I will go to this store for now on, Ive gone to other Verizon locations before and have waited for help and rushed out feeling like all my questions werent answered.

The best customer service I have ever encountered. Mayra has been assisting me with all my Verizon needs for years. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Even with me living in different parts of the country, she has always been able to assist me with any questions/requests I had in regards to my account. Including shipping me phones when I was due for an upgrade. Recommend this Verizon store over any other in the area.

I stopped by and had no idea what i was looking for, The district Manager Happen to be there his name was Carmelo Neider. He helped me and my husband so much. Was not pushy in any way. All he did was give us the facts with a huge smile on his face and answered all questions i had. We recommend this location to everyone. Thanks

This Verizon store is no longer getting my service!! Each time Ive gone to this store, most of the employees are rude, dont listen to me & practically rush me right back the door without listening to me & no help at all.
