Ok the ppl here are nice but its the holding company that is sleazy, archtelecom is ruthless making its employees say things to just get ahead and if you are not happy with your service and try to return devices with reciept they will then tell you that you must wait for refund in the mail within 3 to 4 weeks, it been since christmas and i just received the refund now on march 08 2017, however after depositing the check they denied the transaction making my account go negative. Now i have to wait for a reply from this company while my bank account gets charges. Amazing fraudulent and so many loop to make you jump through for just returning a accessory. Again the staff is nice but there business practices should make this store shut down. Friends always ask if its a 100% sprint store and not a third party store, also confirm with paperwork.

It toon a little longer than liked or expected but the rep that assisted me (anne marie) and her coworker (Spanish male, unfortunately I didnt have the chance to get his name as well) made me feel almost too comfortable waiting and chatting all the while upgrading my phone a nd transferring my data from the old to the new. They made it too easy to forget i had a friend and her niece in my car waiting for me. They are cool laid back and helpful If you are happening to read this and are their supervisors, invest in them because they are people capable of moving up and caring more, as long as they know there are cared for in return of course lol She even remembered my brother came in the night before to activate a phone and called him to wish him a happy birthday! I mean #employeeofthemonth

Wow, I definitely wasnt expecting such an incredible experience from my trip to Sprint to replace my stolen phone, but I was so pleasantly surprised by the service provided by Kaleem. From the moment I walked through the door, he was exceptionally friendly and attentive. After explaining my situation, he was immediately able to set me in the right direction. He was very knowledgeable and was super sweet and patient in answering all of my many questions. Im glad to have gotten my phone replaced, but I wish I had another reason to go back just to interact with Kaleem again. 10/10 would recommend.

Completely unhelpful. I had an appointment scheduled from Sprint online to get help, but once I got there the manager himself told me there was no way to help me and that Sprint online just "sends people to stores when they dont know what to do, so theres not really I can tell you" and shrugged it off. So not helpful, at all, and what an attitude problem the workers had at that store. Its not even the closest one to me, so it was a huge hassle to have to go all the way there to get absolutely 0 help. So unsatisfied with Sprint, will be switching when contract is up.

Melissa was super friendly and knowledgeable . I needed help as my iPhone kept restarting and she was able to fix my issues without hesitating or sending me to another store . Her staff was super friendly and the store smelled nice and clean. I would recommend this store 100% of the time. I live in queens and will continue to visit this store.

Jubilee provided excellent customer service. She was very patient and understood exactly what my husband and I were looking for when it came to choosing a plan. Shes also the reason why we purchased our daughter a iPhone 7 for her graduation gift lol. Jubilee was awesome and I will continue to shop at this location!!!!

NO STARS. THE WORST. I NORMALLY DONT EVEN RATE THESE ESTABLISH MENTS. WENT TO BUY AN SD CARD FOR MORE STORAGE THE MAN THAT SITS IN THE BACK TOOK OUT THE OLD SD PUT IN THE NEW ONE WITH OUT FINDING OUT OR ASKING ME IF MY CONTACTS WERE BACKED UP. I LOST EVERYTHING. RUN DO NOT GO INSIDE
