Incredible experience! Ive been to many Verizon stores around the country and had non satisfactory experience. I stick with Verizon for service of phone but not the customer service. My phone broke and needed immediate help before getting on the road. With a heavy heart went into the store and awaited my verbal abuse that comes with many stores especially since I wasnt a customer. Ive never seen such service! I asked a question and they went further to get to the root of my problem they sat on the phone with Verizon for me to help me clarify the issues, they helped solve my problem and spent lots of time all without charging me a dime and I wasnt even a customer! This is the place to be a customer!!! Ive never in my life seen service like this! And it wasnt just me, two other customers there were treated professionally and helped quickly as well! Made me think there may be some gold mine Verizon stores with REAL people running it!!! Thank you!!!

Being with T-Mobile for over 8 years and liking their service, I was a little skeptical, when I walked in a Verizon store located on Coney Island ave near Ave X. Boy was I glad I did. Friendly and knowledgeable sales people, very professional looking store, live demonstration on equipment, all that was very refreshing. They sat me down, explained all my options, helped me pick the best phone for my needs and even installed accessories. And now I am actually thinking about switching my home service to Verizon as well. Looking to upgrade your cellular service and get treated like Royalty, look no further, this is the store to go to. Take my word for it. Could not be happier with those guys.

I have been a Verizon customer for a long time and have always enjoyed keeping my business with Max and the Staff at this Verizon Wireless Location. He is very friendly and willing to do anything he can to ensure customer satisfaction. I never worry about a problem because I know that it will always get resolved once I contact the Max here. The organization and business ethic at this store is beyond anything I have ever seen before at any store and it is for this reason and of course the altruism of Max that I look forward to keeping my business with this store and recommend everyone to come here. When I walked into the Verizon store last night, I definitely did not expect to leave with a brand new iPhone 6 - but I did! Robert was incredibly helpful explaining the upgrade offer and broke down my additional monthly costs for the new phone. Aaron processed the order very quickly and once we made the decision to upgrade, I was out within 15 minutes. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Verizon location to anyone who is fed up with long waits, unhelpful and uncourteous staff and just wants to have their problem fixed quickly and with a smile! Also, can you spot the weird parrot painting through the 2-way glass in the back?

I have been a Verizon customer for many years, but have never seen a Verizon store with this quality before. It is very organized and has very good customer service, thanks to Max, the sales manager. Max goes above and beyond to help his customers. I just came to the store to upgrade my phone, but he solved a problem that other people were not able to for years. He was able to change the misspelling in my name with a simple call, and with another my employee discount went through to Verizon. While waiting in line, I noticed how he strives to do his best for every customer. I will definetely come back again. Max is one in a million. -Tatiana

My charging port was broken on my galaxy s4 I bought a brand new galaxy s5 at Costco, needed to transfer my info. After running around brooklyn looking for some to help me transfer everything I went to 4 stores with no avail and much frustration and being sent to pc Richards best buy corporate stores no one could turn my phone on .I went to the Verizon store on coney island ave .It took Aron and Anastasiya 15 min to turn my phone on and transfer all the data pictures notes etc .This was the best service on the planet if you have any issues I would suggest only going here .Thank you for the excelent service !!

To start off this store is the best! Robert called me about my plan that I had an outdated plan where I always went over my data and switched me to the new unlimited plan for the same cost, which on long run will save me money because of no overages. On top of everything helped me with my existing phone clearing all the junk to make it work faster. At the end I thought that I had to pay them something for their service and they said its free of charge! I value the customer service and customer satisfaction Robert and his whole crew provides. Thank you definitely recommend this store!

The worst customer service ever. I was expecting 5 star customer service as I checked Google reviews before I went. Unfortunately, Me, my brother and my friend got turned away. There was a Russian girl, no welcoming, no smile and zero customer service. She denied all the information I got from Downtown Brooklyn Verizon store, and I realized she doesnt want to help us. So she lost three customers at once. I believe other store employees do their job professionally. But, I highly suggest that girl to be trained more in order not to lose customers in the future.

I just got my new iPhone 7. Im so happy with the services provided today they answered all my questions and I asked a lot. Usually I hate going to get new phone at the store because of the long wait and the bad attitude of the people who work there. They value you as a customer at this store and help you as much as they can. This is my new go to store for all my phone needs. They are also very knowledgeable about the phones and keep up to date with the latest plans and services Verizon has to offer. Thank you for all your help

I just moved from Sprint to Verizon a month ago. First of all the quality of calls is on a whole different level. 2nd the service I received at the store on 2687 Coney Island Ave. Brooklyn was above beyond of what I expected or used too, both in Sprint or Veizon. The professionalism and the kind and patient service that we received was a refreshing experience. Most of all the knowledge that was displayed By Max the sales person we dealt with was something out of this world. In short an all around excellent experience.

Great customer service. Rob explained every detail before we finally got the new phones. Got us the new phone and updated our plan with the lower rate and a new phone. Cant really go wrong, cheaper plan & new phone. Great multitasking skills. Will give you full attention while making sure who ever comes in are being helped. Couldnt have asked for a better service. Recommend this place for all your cellular concerns. 5 stars is not enough for such a quality and fast service. Thank you guys keep up the good work!
