OK, so I went there to replace almost phone. They say that its expensive to buy it from there, so they direct me to a phone number. I go through the whole process and when my phone arrives I set it up and inset the SIM card. But, the Sim card doesnt work, and they disabled my number when they disabled my old sim card, so I cant even get onto the my Verizon site. I would be able to get on if I knew my user ID, but I never made a user ID! Im fricking stuck!
