I felt the company did me justice on my iPad & my phone because he had to drive to the Bronx to acquire the parts because he had ran out. by late afternoon, he was back and both my devices we complete and looked like Brand New, No extra charges for having to drive all the way down to the Bronx either. Makes you feel like your personal repair shop, like a personal friend is fixing it for you, Even sat in his back yard drinking Tea while waiting for them to finish up the iPhone, The Cell Phone Surgeon has the best hospitality and I would Highly recommend this company needing any kind of electronic repairs. My iPhone went for a swim in the Caribbean. I contacted the Cell Phone Surgeon and he went above and beyond to try to fix it. After seeing the inside I knew it couldnt be fixed but he spent five hours trying because he liked the challenged. He only charged me his $35 water damage assessment fee. I needed a new phone and he was very helpful and searched for me and found a new iphone 6 at a great price. He was a very good guy to work with and I would absolutely recommend him if you have any phone issues (and dont take your phone swimming in the Caribbean.)

Brought my phone there because i had at least 3500 pictures on it, new baby and everything, and my phone would not come on one morning. Took it to 3 other shops being that I live in Jersey and they could not figure it out. Then we tried The Cellphone Surgeon from a google search and they performed some type of data recovery and got my phone back to normal. Lesson learned. "BACK UP YOUR PHONE" Thanks Guys

Nothing but the best! My daughter had come home from college and was freaking out about her cell phone not charging. The gentleman there took us in after hours. Found out he had to replace the charging port on her phone. Good honest people there. Could have charged me for a battery also but they were honest and said that the battery was still good. would recommend them to anybody anytime.
