These authorize dealers are horrible. I got a new phone that the sim card didnt fit. I was in Sleepy Hollow and decided to stop in the local store to fix the problem. I asked the owner about cutting the card as I thought the Sims were $30. He did it for $20. I went on later curious of the price of a new sim and found out it was $10!!!! I should have realized when he kept justifying the cost something was off but I was in a rush. He seemed more friendly then the white plains location which also got me by selling me a free phone for $40. Its a shame because Metro PCS itself has given me no problems. They will fail though due to the horrible representation at these "authorized" dealers.

after being overcharged at the white plains ny store customer service directed me to the sleepy hollow location and i am glad they did. Honest service and the total for my service was $70 less than what the mamaroneck ave store was trying to bill me. Customer for life.
