I dont normally go out of my way to write reviews, but in this case, I feel that it is necessary. I went into this store to search for a new phone as I was finally able to purchase a new phone on a payment plan as a legacy unlimited data user. I really spent quite a bit of time there and after about an hour or so, a representative came over to where I was standing and started really pushing me to buy. He was trying to get me to buy all kinds of stuff I knew I didnt need at all, all kinds of accessories, which I suppose is his job, but I felt like I was being very rushed to purchase a new phone. Before I knew it, I was buying a new galaxy edge s6, but I wasnt even sure if I wanted it. In any case, he double charged me for a mophie case accessory. Also, somehow in this mess, he deleted my messaging feature so, unbeknownst to me, my texts are now 20x more expensive. Now my bill is about $100 more expensive than normal with all kinds of extra fees, Ive had to call Verizon to fix this mess. My suggestion to anyone going in there is to make sure you take your time and say so when you are feeling like you are being rushed.

Dont usually write review, but in this case... Went to get the new S7 and the salesperson said not in until the 11th. Came back on the 11th and waited 45 minutes for service because my salesperson was with someone else and another salesperson could not help me since I started with one a week before.(there was 5 of them standing around doing nothing, not there fault it was store policy) Not until I said I was leaving did the manager have someone else help me. They had a promotion of a free watch or VR goggles with the purchase of an S7 online. I asked the salesperson can I get the watch in store and not online and he said "you can buy the phone here and put your receipt number in online and you will get the watch. NOT TRUE AT ALL. I am out the watch. Thanks verizon

This new verizon wireless is very nice. The store it very clean and sleek looking. They have all the new products and cases your looking for. The staff is great. I personally had kelly snd she was awesome. She was personable and very nice. She helped me with a screen protecter, which she put on myself. I will definitely be going back to this verizon wireless location. And hoping that kelly is there to help me.

All these people care about is the commission that they make off people ... Go to the Verizon in Best Buy they actually help you get the best deal and dont look out for their own pockets because they do not receive commission
