Had a great experience here. Was not able to use my Samsung because the screen stopped working. Verizon does not permit the store to replace the phone with an early upgrade if the screen is not working, so Adrian called the corporate office to see if he could make an exception since there was clearly no external damage to the phone that was causing it not to work. The office did not allow him to exchange it and told me it would take 3-5 days for me to get another phone. When Adrian heard this he spoke with them and by the end of the conversation, which took a while, because he refused to give up, had managed to get the new phone overnighted to me.

I did some serious comparison shopping for providers, plans, and phones and wound up with Verizon primarily because of Chris, the guy who runs this store. Far more knowledgeable than the guys in the other provider stores, he found multiple ways to save me money and get me all the coverage I needed. Make sure you speak with Chris himself when you call the store. Five stars.

I came in to ask about plan prices since I was an AT&T customer at the time. I spoke to Adrian and he explained the plans and pricing. He was extremely patient and was able to answer any questions I had. I ended up switching over to Verizon right there on the spot. Couldnt be any happier with the transition and I ended up adding my brother to my plan the very next day.

I went to the Verizon store last week looking for a screen protector for my iphone 6. Tony was so helpful and polite. He not only put on my screen protector, but also helped me find a protective case for my phone. Unlike most cell phone stores, I never once felt pressured to buy anything.
