The staff here is inattentive at best and uncaring at worst. The first time I came to the store, I was looking to replace my current phone. The attendant could or would not explain why I was not "jump" eligible. After being on the phone with customer care for over 30 min. I went back to the store to buy a.new phone. During this transaction I presented my drivers licence as id. The attendant forgot to return it and I forget to ask so I left the store without it. This was on a Friday. I did not realize this until Saturday evening. On Sunday I called the store and spoke with somebody who twice who told me that they had "looked everywhere" and the my licence was not there. On Monday morning I went to DMV and spent and hour and $20 to replace my licence. At 1:30 Monday afternoon I received a call from the store that they had just found my licence. When I went to pick it up and complained about the time and money their errors had cost me I was met with "HUMAN ERROR" and "WELL, AT LEAST YOU HAVE IT BACK." Not exactly taking responsibility and certainly noneddort to make anything right. There are 2 other T-Mobilenstores in the area. I highly recommend the one on Broadway and 237th street. It is certainly where I will be doing business from now on.

Caesar was amazing at this store! I spent at least 15 hours and 2 days on the phone to T- Mobile, Google, and Samsung supervisors, trying to fix the horrible google mail app that wouldnt send images. Exasperated, I went into this T- Mobile store and Caesar fixed it in 10 minutes. He really knows his stuff. Thanks Caesar!
