The level of customer service at this store was highly impressive. The people were friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I came here 2 years ago and got the exact opposite level of service. They may have not had the right employee roster before but they sure do now. There were 3 great people there that helped me get new phones for my wife and I while she was in ICU, Alero, Tashana, and the General Manager Joe. If you want great customer service and the deal to match ask for any one of these people and I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

Waited for 45 minutes to speak to a sales associate when we were supposedly second in the queue. There were 5 customers without help in the store yet 11 employees on duty, 9 of which were seemingly idle and unoccupied. Sales associates were misleading and unclear and incompetent- it took three tries in order to transfer my data to the new phone. In all, getting the update I was due for on my phone took 3 hours, an hour and a half of which was spent waiting for service.

I honestly cant believe how rude I was treated by the salesperson named Anish. He told me to "Go ahead, go get T-Mobile" and refused to help me. Between this terrible experience and the utter failure on behalf of corporate customer service, I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this store and to switch carriers. T-Mobile, AT&T, and many other carriers would be happy to have me as a customer.

Top reason why I switched from AT&T is because of the employees at this store. They know everything about what they sell and are polite, respectful and clearly want the customer to be satisfied. They took time to answer questions weeks after my purchase and made sure my my concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Thank you! AAA+++++

Juan was awesome! Got all my contacts, texts, photos and emails transferred over to my new phone. It took a long time because i had SO MUCH but Juan was the consumate professional and was extremely patient. Always a good experience in the #MoheganLake Store.

I switched from sprint to verizon looking for something better but it is worse every month I have problems on my bill and they offered me a gif card and they never gave it to me

They locked the doors to their store 15 minutes early, wouldnt let me in to just pay my bill. If you are supposed to close at 8 then doors should lock at 8 not 745.
