I called this place to try and get this Note 7 3 Corps Exchange or turn in and what the individual on the phone said sorry no just go to the mall or other T-Mobile locations that is definitely bad representation for T-Mobile Ive had that experience lady with this particular cell phone service provider

Completely unprofessional people work here. I called in to make sure they had a phone I want, and they said they did. I asked them to confirm, and then I get here, and they dont have the phone, and they give me lip about it. Worst people to deal with.

Not a chain store but a authorized T-Mobile retailer. T-Mobile should pull their license. Not friendly. They charge for everything. Even wanted to charge $20 for a SIM card. Better off going to Verizon or AT&T nearby.
