Where to start with this bunch. Is it the fact they sold me a phone that was defective then exchanged it for another one that was even worse. When I asked them for a third they told me too bad. When I said I would take my business else, the mean nasty and rotten attitude of the sales associate because she was loosing her commission was even better. She was like try to like it, oh just stay. I am not satisfied and I am sure that Verizon will take my business, which they did. This place is by far the worse carrier. Sprint claims they are improving customer service, but nothing seems to have proven it to me, they still the same old deceptive and evil sprint. Quite frankly that may never change. They need to go out of business and let the REAL CARRIERS take over. The folks in this store, show no real customer service and even worse they are rude and make for an unpleasant experience.

I am a return to Sprint customer. After a frustrating day trying to complete my registration and activation at the "other sprint store" in the mall, I finally found this Sprint corporate store. Oh what a difference! My experience went from sales reps. behaving like I was asking them a favor to actually receiving exceptional service. All the representatives at the store provided us excellent service. But my husband and I worked with specifically with Julie L. and she is amazing at her job. She was patient, knowledgeable and caring. I felt like I finally found my Sprint store in the area. Thank you so much to the team at this store for their service.

Stephanie Rodriguez is a great asst manager of your store at the Palisades Center. She is so sweet and helpful and she is one of those people that you look for when you enter the store. I tell all my friends and family to ask for her if they need any help. She gets it and I am a Sprint customer because of her. Anytime I think of changing to another cell phone carrier, I dont because of Stephanie Rodriquez. I wish there were 100 Stephanies in all the Sprint stores, you would never loss a customer.

I had a broken iPhone for 4 months. This store always tells me sorry they dont have the part. I sit in there store for atleast an hr before they even help me with an appointment. They said they would call me when its in .I think its crazy that I pay insurance every month and cant get my phone fixed. I have had a sprint family plan for 17 years. I will be switching at the end of the month due to not having a proper working phone.

Why hire employees who pass time. Had a girl get on her phone, then checked her instagram then walk away to chat with a friend. All while I stood there waiting for her to pull up my account. Save yourself the trouble. Best buy is just below it. They have people working in the mobile dept when are eager to help. Granted they are on commission. But still. This sprint store is a waste of time.

Im not really sure why one would go to a Sprint store any more, other than to pay a bill. Ive gotten misinformation every time Ive asked them about their phones or phone plans, so its better to research everything online first. Also, their payment machines are frequently down. One improvement is they now have two payment machines instead of one, so youre less likely to have to wait.

Dont bother trying to get your phone Repaired here. All they do is tell you that you have to use the insurance and give you a business card with the Insurance Claim information on it. They used to have great service, but now Im taking my business elsewhere.

Everything sucks over there the two guys that work there take forever and when they finally got to me they gave me attitude. unless you want to wait 2 hours in a sprint store dont go over there im not even going to talk about how they ripped me off

Ronnie, Wally and Stephanie always go out of their way to help me. I use to hate going into the store but if one of them are there I am happy ! They get the job done and they are friendly. I would recommend anyone to go there and see them.

Ridiculous wait time. Waited 45 minutes, no one was being helped, the screen showed 9 people in line, and the attendant running the line doesnt even say sorry. Im glad there are other Sprint stores that do a better job.
