Mobile Gallery has a horrible service. I personally have been there twice and they do not live up to their standards. The first time I broke my screen and had it fixed but I also ordered a back for my Nokia E71. They charged me but never sent it to me and when I called them they acted like they never charged me and never called me back. Also, the second time I had my phone fixed, they said they could revive it due to water damage and then in the end they could not which contradicts with their website when they say they are able to fix water damage. I found another shop that was better at fixing it and they charged less as well. They also have horrible customer service. Whenever I called to ask about my phone, their attitude was horrible. I would not suggest for anyone to go there and especially their phones are way overpriced. Also they lost my memory card which was 2 GB which contained important information and denies that they lost it. Also when I took my water damaged phone to another technician, they told me my phone was completely fine and all I needed to do was to dry my phone. On the other hand, mobile gallery told me that the phone was completely dead. Therefore means they lied to me about my phones condition in order to get money from me. Also the technician I went to later on informed me that the previous technician pulled out the part for my reception and ruined my phone. My phone was working just fine and they pulled it out and forced me to buy a new one. I would suggest all of you to take this recommendation seriously because their service is horrible and the fact that they lied to me how my phone was unable to fix and required a 60 dollar fee of repair when they DID NOT do anything to help my phone instead they took out an important part of it which MADE me HAVE TO buy a new phone from them.

Sloppy and irresponsible! They gave me an estimate of $130 to fix my non-responsive Android screen, said they didnt have to replace the digitizer. The money was hardly worth it, but I said yes. Shortly after receiving back the phone I started noticing strange behavior, and eventually realized that part of the screen was still dead. Took it back a couple of days later, they wouldnt take responsibility for their false diagnosis and estimate. They were claiming that the phone was damaged during the day that had passed! Asked for another $60 to fix it, wouldnt reimburse me for their bad work. To show how sloppy they are, they returned the phone discharged both times (not a big deal, of course, but it shows you that they are not meticulous at all).

I bricked my wifes iphone 3gs trying to unlock it with a $50 program just as we were leaving for Italy. In Italy we want to use a local sim. We took it to The Mobile Shop and to our great joy they un-bricked it and unlocked it while we ate lunch at La Boite en Bois nearby. Great food. Wonderful service at the Mobile Shop and they were very friendly and nice. If I had succeeded the phone would have been tethered, ie needed computer help to reboot, but now it will boot back into the unlocked mode. Highly recommended. A lifesaver. I also noticed that their prices are very competitive.

I just came back from the Apple store with a dead dead dead phone 5s. When I realized something was wrong I tried to back it up, but my computer didnt "see the phone". It turns out that when I had my screen repaired at Mobile Gallery they forgot to re-install some screws. Unbeknownst to me the phone battery and other inside parts have been bouncing around for about a month. Now I have to buy a new phone. I should have just replaced the phone/screen at Apple.

While traveling in NYC, I dropped my iphone 3gs in a sink and it got water damaged. After waiting a day for it to dry out, it was still not working so I took it Kevin at MoileGallery he diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day for a very reasonable price. They were very accomodating to me being in a hurry since I was leaving NYC the next day. Would recommend them to anyone traveling in Manhattan.Good Job Guys

In these hard times boost is the best phone service. Its $50 a month with no hidden fees, no taxes and no contract. The phone selection is not as good as other carriers but for $50 not a bad deal. Its unlimited calling, texting, surfing and walkie talkie. The guys at the store were very helpful. I ported my number from at&t and saving atleast $50 a month. They made the process very easy.

knowledgeable and fast....nice staff. I shattered my iphone front and needed trustworthy help quickly. They were recommended by the local AT&T store and they came through for me even earlier than promised. I dont have any other repair shop to compare them to, but I was very satisfied.

I have a rather “unpopular” phone model ( you know, something that’s not an iphone or Samsung galaxy) so the accessories, cases, etc. are rare and most of time I have to order online and pay shipping. The Mobile Shop happens to have accessories for my phone! Awesome!

Brought my Note 2 to be fixed and the glass is fixed but now there is a huge scratch on the main button. Then I asked if that could be fixed and all they said was no and continued to watch the Brazil vs Germany game. Terrible, wont recommend these guys to anyone

These guys are nice and get the job done right. they were able to cut me a deal when I was in a bind and needed quick service before an important day. They are easily accessible by the 1/2/3 subway and a great resource for getting your phone fixed. Thanks guys!
