I went to this store to get my mom a prepaid Boost Mobile (Sprint prepaid service) cell phone. According to both the Sprint website and the staff at this store, Sprint/Boost Mobile service is available where she lives. That turned out to be a lie. When I asked for my money back, I was informed that this would not be possible due to the financial loss it would represent to them. How is this my problem, considering that both Sprint/Boost Mobile and the staff at Cellular Touch Wireless flat out told me something that is not true, which where I come from is referred to as a lie? They actually had the audacity to try and get me to buy a different prepaid service for my mom, as if they had not blatantly violated the trust and confidence I had placed in them. I had to settle for refill cards for my T-Mobile cell - minus the sales tax, which they attempted to convince me was fair. Unsuccessfully, I might add. Do yourselves a favor: steer clear of these vultures and take your business elsewhere.

Have enjoyed the customer service and expertise offered at this establishment. Our family has gone over often and we never cease to leave without a piece of great advise, direction, or even a freebie. Especially admire how they handle holidays - Giveaways! Can definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for options that cater precisely to their lifestyle and purse.

This store attempted to accept a stolen phone to sell, with the current updates with the iOS, this could easily present an issue with the stores reputation as it is easy to locate a lost phone and shut it down. Not only will they accept a phone knowing it was stolen, they are willing to sell it afterward putting the buyer at risk and not providing them with this knowledge.
