Team is friendly but unprofessional. A lot of goofing around while customers are left waiting. Entire staff (including managers) is in need of proper training. Everytime I have been there it seemed like the most basic tasks required a call to their service department to walk them through it (processing a return for example). Dont be fooled by the positive reviews from Karl, Jose and Angel as they are employees at the store and their reviews should be reported and removed due to a conflict of interest. Also, the review from Lisa should be reported as being off topic as the perfomance of T-Mobiles network is not related to this specific store.

My Galaxy SIII of fours years died and I went to the T-Mobile Store in Jefferson Valley (YorkTown). The second I walked in I was greeted by Josuel, Jamel and Keilah and asked how they could help me. Keilah listened to what I was looking for in a phone and what could fit my budget. Keilah showed me a phone (The LG Aristo) well within my price range and helped get me back up and running again. Very professional and friendly. Will always go back there if I need help....and my wife is due for an upgraded from her Galaxy....we will be heading there!!! Thank you Guys and Keilah!!!

Doing be fooled. This is not a corporate store. They have a different set of standards. I called T-Mobile, for a phone sent to the store to be used as a warranty swap but the store refused to give me the phone. They are there to get commission, no matter what it takes. Either go with another service or drive to a corporate store. TPR, T-Mobile "premium" Retail, stores are crap at best. They do their best to make you spend, not to take care of you.

Rated a 4 only because I spent hours there waiting for my phone to transfer information Would have been a 5. Staff was very nice. They seem to do their best with the equipment they have and support from T-Mobile. If you are switching phones give yourself plenty of time , be patient and remember they are multi tasking at times trying to take care of everyone.

Reiterating what Chris said in his review. I just needed a SIM card, the website says they have stock in this store. They would not sell to me unless I activated an account. They just wanted commission, I called another store which I have always gone to and they were more than willing to overnight at no charge. Waste of time.

Worst service Ive ever gotten, I waited while others came in before me and got helped. One of the employees was super rude and sassy after he asked what I needed telling sit my ass down. I will most certainly be calling T-Mobile as well
