Broke my cell screen this morning, and ran over to UCellz in the Rotterdam Mall. I waited for almost an hour before the guy in the convenience store called me over. He informed me it was his kiosk, and that he would call his son to see when he could come in to help me. He gets off the phone and lets me know his son can come in tomorrow to fix my phone, and then asked if I wanted to leave it. I told him absolutely not. Its incredibly frustrating to be jerked around by lackidazical business owners, so Id rather spend more money with a reputable company than contribute to UCellz profits. Try being present at the kiosk during business hours, and answer the phone once in a while.

Horrible. Went to this place months and months ago to repair a broken iphone 4 and they completely ruined it. It worked for like 3 days then the display went all distorted,and then it progessively went to multi colored lines,signaling something wrong with the display,then went black,rendering completely useless. Many,and I mean MANY screws were lost on the inside of the phone. some cables were also broken. And beforehand, we even tried calling them but no one responds to the phone. I advise to never go here.

Every time I call this kiosk, there never is an answer. After calling for 2 hours the other day i decided to go there to see if they were closed. I stood at the kiosk for 10 minutes before the employee came to help me who was actually working at the store 20 feet in front of the kiosk. How can you work in 2 places at once? Thats right, you cant! Thanks for your great customer service...
