Walked in on a Saturday afternoon to a not busy at all store, both female working had very aggressive attitude and did not know anything on the product I was interested in purchasing. Also, icing on the cake Irene I believe her name was brunette with glasses while trying to service me was answering and texting on personal cellphone not caring of a customer in front of her and when I responded on knowing more on the product and just wanted reassurance both ladies became more irritated. I would say both need to go back to the first day of training, if you asked me.

Mitch took my info told me he would order me a phone. Two weeks later no phone came in. And now two months later I am getting bills from Tmobile and I do not have the service. After the first month he said he would fix the issue. Now I have a bill in my email for over 160$
