I bought an IPhone 6 and needed a lot help with it. The salesperson, Lawrence, explained everything to me. He is absolutely wonderful. He explained everything step by step and in simple terms. I was there for a really long time and he never lost patience and actually had a wonderful attitude and demeanor. He drew a picture and labeled everything so it was clear and visual as well. I also needed repetition and he was able to explain even clearer!!! I actually had to return a week later to ask more questions and he had the same disposition. Another customer came in who would take less time and I told him to take the other customer and come back to me and he didnt because I was there first!!! His partner, Jonathan, in the store is just as pleasant and I noticed his interaction with other customers. Same positive attitude and calm demeanor. I recommend this store and both guys In a heartbeat.

I entered the Verizon store with ambivalence. I had a recent negative experience with the Atlantic Mall branch and was expecting the same today. IHAD to come in for I lost my phone and needed a replacement. Boy was in in for a surprise. A pleasant one! Roman Eugene and a Lawrence provided me with the best customer service i have experienced in a long time! No question was disregarded and all inquiries were patiently addressed. I was guided in making the best choice for my phone needs and educated regarding those choices. Specials and perks were explored adding to my POSITIVE Verizon experience. I could not thank them enough for their assistance. Other branches should be trained in this fashion and if so, Verizon would surely flourish. Verizon take notice and heed. Use this branch as an example in Excellent Consumerism. Thanks guys!!!!!

An outstanding service! I have a habit of periodically checking if there are any upgrades/new deals on the existing Verizon plan. It could be confusing at times on the internet so doing it in person is easier and Sheepshead Bay store is a perfect place to do it. The store is fully staffed so there is always someone to answer your questions. During my recent visit Ive got an excellent advice from Eugene to switch to another plan . Dan did the actual switching. The guys were attentive, courteous and efficient. The new plan gave me an extra 2 gigs of data per month and reduced my monthly bill by $30.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Verizon Wireless on Sheepshead Bay Rd in Brooklyn. We needed new phones and a new plan plus accessories. The staff at the store could not have been better. Jonathan helped us, and he couldnt have been more patient, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. All our needs were met and we left understanding everything we needed to know. Lawrence was a co-worker of Jonathans who effeciently and seamlessly helped the other customers who needed assistance while Jonathan helped us. We were so impressed and encourage everyone to use their services.

They kept trying to make me buy another phone because they didnt have the phone I had my eyes set on in stock. They tried SO hard to try to sell me a phone I didnt want, also they told me to put in a deposit for the phone, when I went to another store they told me they could hold the phone for me without a deposit. I HIGHLY recommend the one on coney island avenue over this one, they wont make you feel uncomfortable, I did my research and I know my phones well, they tried to sell me a phone that was inferior as if I didnt know...But I knew...

The best! Had an emergency with my son"s phone and Lawrence took care of the entire situation and had it overnighted to the remote place it needed to go. There were many steps to take to make this all happen and he did it all! After all this time consuming work he checked my account and was able to get me a new I-Pad and as clueless as I am with technology he then took some more time to teach me how to use it!!!! I am so grateful for all that he helped me with. He was very professional, knowledge and extremely comforting to work with him.

I came into the store for a problem that a store in NJ had made on my mothers account. They took complete advantage of my elderly mother and added a new unauthorized line on the account instead of just upgrading her line normally. I came back to this store that I have been coming to for years and Jonathan took it upon himself to clean up the entire mess that wasnt even his fault. He sat with customer service for an hour and got all my fees removed and brought my mothers account back to normal. I absolutely love him!

On July 28th I came into the Verizon store on Sheapshed Bay Road because I was having a two day problem with my phone. I couldnt get into my phone because I forgot my passwords. The guys that work in that Verizon store couldnt have helped me any more than they did. Lawrence, Eugene, Daniel and Chris worked on my phone for more than 2 hours. They were so helpful to me and I couldnt be anymore thankful. If it werent for them my phone getting fixed would not have been possible. Thank you guys so much.

Lawerence was an extremely helpful today. I originally came to get a new screen protector but then found out I was due for an uprade & was able to get a $200 on my old phone to put towards the payment of my new phone! He also offered me an incredible deal for a new iPad without having to trade in my old one. He really took his time to explain everything to me. In order finish everything completely he stayed with 30,in after the store closed. He was very helpful and informative.

Everyone at this Verizon store is very knowledgeable and helpful. Ive been to many cell phone stores and this one is by far the most professional. I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon and an employee named Yev assisted me. He was very helpful and told me exactly what I had to do. I felt very comfortable there because everyone is willing to help. I strongly recommend working with these men. They will never disappoint.

The employees here at this verizon store are A-MAZING ! I was having issues with my blackberry, and i went to another verizon store closer to me in bay ridge. They were rude and couldnt do anything to help me. I called a friend and he recommended this store, i came in and was out with a smile on my face and my problem fixed within 15 minutes. Ill be coming here from now on for anything verizon for sure !
