I went to this location last month open an account with them which I get thru same night I get and try register in Verizon app but for some reason I couldnt log in or register to the Verizon app its keeps on saying the information I put is wrong ok I think maybe its just my information didnt get updated yet too soon so let it go for while and about two days before yesterday I began to realize I actually havent received any bill yet I try to sign in register in Verizon I app and I m keeping on failing. and I called customer service and explained and they told me the information they have its different the address the email address everything was different and they tell me my bill is due They did help give me a temporary password so I can log in and to set everything once I was in signed in I also saw everything all the information was wrong I do correct it i do ask why is that I provided all the info she says she doesnt know so i wanna know and .. and today I made a visit to this location Now me as a new customer I have. No clue how did my information get mixed with another person information my bill was due already neither I get the bill in the app or paper bill or even a text message anyways I do visit this location try to explain to one of the employee and to began with there was no greetings to start with I started to explain this to the employee and she asked me first who helped u and I replied I actually dont remember the ladys name she answer back saying ok which ever information u provided thats whats in the system which is fair enough answer then I said I provided a copy of State ID and how come my information got mixed up she with another person she replies very rudely its not the ladies fault whichever information u provided its there in the system with negative attitude then I said ok so everything will be ok now ? she shook her head and I leave .... so this is my first month with Verizon and this is the experience I went thru employees here instead of helping me understand what couldve happen or what actually happened they reply poor and very unprofessionally I do hope the manager look into my comment and work on their greetings and professionalism because I believe its not what a new customer should go thru and even if they do they deserve an explanation

Iam a verizon customer.So went to the store to get the new iphone 7 plus Was looking for shaneete but unfortunately she wasnt there(she was very helpful and gr88 everytime i went there).but she wasnt there today.So a female sales representative came to help me but when i tried to inquire about the iphone 7 plus she was like "why you come here to buy iphone,go to the apple store.At this point i told her "listen i know where to buy iphone,i very well know apple store carries iphone but iam a verizon customer so i wanna get it from here first".Then didnt think twice went to apple store and bought the new iphone 7 plus.Never going there unless shaneete is there to help.

Well for starters the store was very packed today and there were only 4 people working and none of the employees attempted to approach or ask me what I needed so I had to do it myself and ask them but they kept playing games like going inside the room for a long time then not put in my name on their tablet so I finally kept getting skipped. I think its so disrespectful the way I was being ignored today... I feel like leaving Verizon for another carrier just because their customer service sucks and they wanna act like they dont need us.

I went to this location to get assistance swapping phones and was handed a print out about how to go about doing so. They neglected to inform me that I would need a small device to access the area where the sim card belongs. Im still using the broken phone I needed replaced needless to say and only had that one opportunity to get this done because I was busy. Poor poor poor customer service

The staff at this store, they are PHENOMENAL. I was there today, New Years Eve, and Isaac transferred phone from old to new phone in no time. He is very knowledgable, an expert customer service agent, and a credit to Verizon. Lend this team to some of the other stores in Queens. I am so grateful for the professionalism and support shown to me on my visit. It was a great experience.

Loved the service! I left Sprint and ported my number to Verizon. The staff at this store was very patient with me trying out various phones and answering my question. The setup process was quick and painless!! I purchased an iPhone 5c. I love it!! If I had the money I wouldve went with my first choice, the LG Optimus 2(sweet phone)!!!

Had a great experience here. Steven was great. He helped me set up my new s8 and I was very please with the service provided. Although there were some hiccups along the way he remained calm and patient and helped speed up the process. The staff ia friendly and professional. Will be coming here again when its time to upgrade.
