I took my phone to cellairis to repair my cracked screen phone. Sunday August 7th 2016. I was charge 239.53 to rear screen it worked temporarily before purple spots started to appear on screen and then the entire screen turned purple and the black. I returned back to cellairis to have them fix it as it stopped working. When I returned they told me they would not fix it and I had to pay an extra $135 on top of the $239.53 I just paid. They would not offer a refund or fix free of charge as the phone stopped working again. I asked when the manager would be there and the employes said monday. I went back on Monday and now the story is we dont know when the Manger is coming back. This is unacceptable customer service and blamed me for the further damage. There was no return policy listed or stated as I would of never used there services knowing they would not fix if something went wrong after they fixed. I want a refund as I still had to buy another phone because they refused to repair. They refused to repair and and there policy states 90 days Warrenty on repairs which doesnt include physical damage..I did no physical damage yet was accused and their reason for no repair...stay clear of this money hungry repair establishment

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE. Brought in a iPhone 6S to get a screen replaced. I went in because Sal, the person who repairs the screen, said he could do it and it would cheaper than if I went to Apple. It was 10$ cheaper and when I got the phone returned there was a blue tint to everything. I asked Sal what happened and he said "this is what happens when you get a replacement, if you wanted the real thing you should of went to Apple". I asked them to put the old cracked screen back and they said to do that they would charge me $50. After 45 minutes or so I finally got it put back. But god damn it was a struggle. This place is a scam. do you not go!

Im so thankful for this company especially at queens center mall I had sales person by the name of Deniz who helped me out so much and was very polite and professional.. and very knowledge with the hardware and other materials i needed i highly recommend her and the company So if any one is Near queens center mall pass by cellairis and ask for deniz she will take care of you

AFTER READING ALL THE COMMENTS I AGREE WITH THE PEOPLE THAT GAVE A ONE STAR THE WORKERS ARE ALWAYS RUDE THEY WILL TRY TO REPAIR YOUR PHONE UNTIL THEY FIND "ANOTHER PROBLEM" WITH YOUR PHONE AND WILL CHARGE YOU FOR ANOTHER PART TO GET FIXED. DONT BUY GLASS PROTECTOR AND CASES WAY TOO EXPENSIVE MEANWHILE YOU CAN GET THOSE TWO FOR $10 ONLINE AND ITS LIKE $45 AT THE MALLL

This is a good store. They give good prices. Definitely come here for anything like broken phone screen and anything else. The workers are really nice and give you a good price. They will give you good deal based on what your problem is with your phone. cases and everything else. One of the workers name Sal ask for him and hell give you GREATER discounts

Its a very good place to fix your phone. Within 30 minutes it will be done. Very helpful if you want to fix your phone for a good price. Sal helped me a lot into making sure I was happy with fixing my cracked screen properly.

TERRIBLE! - Sal and the manager (woman with black glasses) were awful. They will break your phone if you ask them to fix it. Do yourself a favor, take your money somewhere else.
