A few points about this place... -Horrible Communication: They took my phone for repair and said they would call me when its ready. I pointed out they HAD MY PHONE in their possession and couldnt possibly reach me that way, so they told me to call them from a payphone although there are literally no working payphones in Ridgewood at all, ridiculous. On top of that they say they dont email. Imagine a computer and cell phone store that doesnt email, Its beyond me. -They dont give receipts that they have your stuff, they just hand you a business card and send you on your way. Also the company name on the card says "Print Better" but when you search it on Google its just called "Phone Repair," sketchy. -They write their notes about repairs on a small piece of masking tape and stick it to the back of your device, leaving out important details about issues that need to be addressed. Ex: They wrote my phones screen needed to be fixed but not that the Home button was broken (like I originally told them) so they only fixed the screen. How do you overlook a broken Home button on a cell phone that only has four buttons to begin with and literally cannot function without it?? - Poor workmanship: I have reason to believe that the most recent issues Ive had with my phone are from a screen replacement they did several months ago. -Way overpriced for both the work and the quality of customer service: Dont waste your time with these people. (ps Ive never reviewed anything online but felt compelled after this experience so that should give you an idea of how bad it is, and obviously, if you read the other reviews Im not the only one who wont go back there again).

This place is an absolute joke. Came in to get my phone repaired. My iPhone 7 fell; but the screen and phone was still in tact, no cracks; but the screen would not turn on as usual. Had to take the phone back to this establishment three times; because each time they claimed it was fixed, something else mysteriously went wrong. I finally had enough and asked for a refund; told them they could put back on the original screen (no cracks) if need be. I was told to wait an hour. Finally got the phone back; but honestly didnt really examine it till I got home. When I did, I noticed that the screen they put on was not the original! It was a different screen full of cracks! When I called, I was told that they threw out my original screen and the cracked one was all they had left. An employee; who I assume is the manager even had the nerve to tell me he was "doing me a favor" since I said I rather go through insurance"! Please avoid this establishment at all cost. They are completely unethical and I promise to go on every review site and let it be known! Go somewhere else and avoid the headache.

It should be a NEGATIVE star. This place is horrible. They are over priced, for no reason. Their line of communication is horrible- they have random people pick up the phone and tell you your phone is ready, without reassuring themselves if its fixed. Just a bunch of problems. -- My advice, go to any other phone repair or computer repair on Myrtle.

Most horrible place ever go for them to fix one thing and when you get it back something else is wrong with the phone and then they say it was like that they are also very disrespectful to customers worst place to get your phone repaired
