Unbelievably helpful staff at the Beach 129th location in Belle Harbor. Dawa and Nadia went above and beyond today to help recover precious photos and videos on my old device that had water damage today. Chris and Nawas helped me at the same location few weeks ago to find the most economical replacement for my damaged phone. Ive always had a positive experience at this location. I used to be a customer service supervisor so I appreciate exceptional service! Thank you!

I always like to patronize local and there are so many good recommendations but Im very sorry to say that you will have "to count your fingers before you leave" - I was pressured to make tablet purchases, assured I could return, but not informed about restocking fee! Yes they are helpful - but not totally honest. So be careful :(
