I live all the way out in the Bronx and happened to be in the area so I went to pay my bill. My bill was a little higher than usual and thankfully the reps when I asked about my bill were very helpful and accommodating. She was patient and understanding. The atmosphere was very energetic and in comparison to the Sprint stores I usually go to in the Bronx, I was very surprised how helpful the people were here ... a definite recommendation

in comparison to other Sprint stores Ive been too (FYI, I despised Sprint after a few interactions I had) I came to this location, I was astonished how their greeting as, the staff was attentive and overall despite just asking a bill question, they were extremely helpful. Still shocked

Came over to this regarding an issue I had at another Sprint store close to this one (which by the way is awful and are crooks) and the staff at this store were very caring and sympathetic to what had happened and did their best to try to help me

store manager gave me the $90 for 5 line deal and now my bill raised by $400. called corporate and was told that deal was for new customers only. keep trying to talk to manager and he is not available. stay away!

Absolutely horrible. i was turned down 3 times when it came to exchange my note 7, giving me bogus excuses as to why they couldnt do it it. never ever going back there again.
