This small but very spacious store is now my go-to place for all my Verizon wireless needs. I no longer need to go to the slightly larger more widely known Verizon store a few miles further east only to have my name put on a list and wait for help. This one, located in the Whitepoint Shopping Center on 14th Avenue, is more personal. The associates that have helped me with everything Ive gone in there for, from purchasing a new phone to installing a screen protector to substiting a phone, did so with thought and concern as well as efficiency and professionalism. Ive been helped by two, Danielle and Kim. They are friendly and have always made me feel welcomed each time Ive gone in. For me, customer service is a big thing. Danielle and Kim provide it with excellence. Theyve won me over as a repeat customer.

Danielle is a professional, knowledgeable, and a caring person. I did walk out of two Verizon “corporate” stores before calling her satellite store as a last resort. On the phone she was charming, like we were friends forever. The sale was a breeze—I can’t say enough positive things about her except to write to the highest office holder @ Verizon, “Don’t ever let her go at any price.” She would be a great manager just because of her people skills which lacks amongst most administrators dealing with the general public. Look up during a bright lit sky and see how many stars shine beyond all others. Danielle is one of them whom you could identify with a smile.

I was transfering from t-mobile to verizon and thought the process would be terrible. The girl danielle at the verizon store in college point made my experience with verizon a great one. She explained everything to me and my wife about switching over and made it simple. She even went out of her way staying an hour after the store closed with us to get us up and running and even gave me a free case for my phone. Its hard to find that kind of customer service nowadays and for me and my wife it was a great introduction to verizon.

i was lied to by a man that worked here saying Id have to pay taxes on a phone at full price if I paid for an upgrade and when I told him I that didnt make sense he insisted. Then he told me he wasnt able to do any upgrades to a two year plan at that location and after calling customer service I found out that was a lie as well.

Zia was very helpful and not pushy . The upgrade process went great,with the only negative being lack of stock (S7Edge) necessitating a return trip next day to pick up second phone. One of the better Verizon locations Ive been to, and Im a longtime customer.
