I was planning to switch from another carrier and came to this store for more info. Everything went well with how the two service staff answered my questions but when I asked for more time to decide, one of them started to become rude and pushy and was talking me down like a teacher scolding a student. I politely declined their offer and walked away.

Very rude employees. I was in the store today looking for a phone and they were not very helpful at all. It seemed like they didnt even want me to be there. Worst T-Mobile location I have ever been to.

Very good and fast service. Nice location. Besides English they have sales reps speak in Spanish, Bengali, Hindi and Urdu.
