Every time i try to go pay my bill they are closed, or open over a half hour later than what the time on the door and online says. If i go in the afternoon, around lunch time, i have waited at the door for over an hour for them to reopen, just for the employee to open the door for me and treat me as if i was a burden to their life. Sometimes, they are just not open at all, on random days for some unknown reason. I live like 6 blocks away from this location, and have been given no choice than to go all the way to the location on freshpond bc i can actually rely on them being open when i need them to be. However, there was one good experience at this location, im not sure of her name, but shes a sweet heart and the few times they were actually open, she was always helpful and very polite with me. There was a different girl there before her who i had previously had an issue with bc when all i needed to do was pay my bill, the whole time she huffed and puffed about it like i was bothering her. So hopefully this nicer girl replaced the other one. Anyways, biggest complaint is to make it more accessable, open up when you claim are supposed to open, and stay consistant with your hours. Not too hard, i think.

This store opens late everyday sometimes by 1-1.5 hrs. The girls that are basically running the place are far from professional. Ive.gone in many a times.and waited 10 mins while she was on a personal call, talking about her boyfriend, ,and I literally had to ask her to end her call so she could help me. They arent knowledgable about certain sales and or phone pricing. I asked her about a wireless charger that was sitting right in the display and she didnt know what a wireless charger was and when I pointed it out to her she said "No its not wireless,,,here is the plug" Of course it plugs into an outlet BUT it does NOT PLUG INTO THE PHONE. SHE DIDNT GET IT AND THE STORE LOST THAT SALE. THE ONLY REASON I DO GO.IN THERE IS BECAUSE ITS AROUND THE CORNER FROM MY HOME AND IF I FORGET TO STOP AT ANY OTHER Metropcs store , I have.no choice but to use it,,but I HATE GOING IN THERE.

I am standing in front of this place right now on thursday at 12:47 pm and this freaking place is never open when it says it is suppose to be open......so frustrated....run this place right open up when it is suppose to open up and have the employees stop making it a inconvinece for the people who need visit that store already!!! What business do you know of that opens up at all different hours than what they claim are their normal hours only metro PCs location at 65-60 Myrtle Ave, Glendale,..fix the situation and please the customers....

Sold me a used phone as a new phone it had been opened voiding the warranty and over charged me for the phone claiming I could get rebate money on the phone but I received a notice saying that I was not eligible for any of the rebates they had told me I would apply. They would not let me return phone either because I had an existing line.
