Went to this store to buy a phone walk around and know one approach me for help. so I went to the counter and the girl was behind the counter talking on a Bluetooth headset so I ask her if anyone is helping customers.so she help me. so she goes to the back and comes out with the phone and a manager so her and the manager tells me that the phone comes with a jet pack. not telling me that I have to pay for service.so the next day I check my phone bill and see that they charge me a activation fee of $40.00 & $10 dollars a month service fee. so I spoke to a manager which he credit me back the activation fee. so I go back to the store the next day to return the jetpack so I could get my money for the merchandise and the female manager that gave me the jetpack was there so she takes the merchandise back with a attitude.but charges me a restocking fee. so I tell her how you charging me a restocking fee when I never ask for that so she said I have to take it up with the other manager. So customers beware of this scam when they say it comes with your phone ask a lots of questions. so this store sucks they dont even greet you at the door.

Employees here dont actively help customers they act like they dont see you. Also, they tried to tell me that Verizon no longer offers upgrades with contracts and that I had to buy the phone at full price or do a monthly payment plan (which is basically another type of contract and more costly). I later went to BestBuy and they explained that with Verizons new tactic Id be forced to get off my "One Bill" service, removes some discounts, and lure me to their monthly phone payment plan was more lucrative for them for the same services. I got home and called Verizon customer service and sure enough I was able to get a cheaper phone with a contract contrary to what the store said and without the fees as I was previously offered. What scammers! Cant hustle me on this one been a Verizon customer too long to know when theyre fooling with me.

Went in for a question that corporate employees should be able to answer. The three female employees I encountered gave me run around answers and no care about looking for an answer, just directed me to customer service. For those of you looking for Verizon assistance, realize that corporate stores should be able to help you with all parts of your plan. Now I see why Verizon has the worst customer service and why AT&T has actively won the best customer service award by jd power for 8 years straight. Ill take my business elsewhere, dont need Verizon employees acting as if their job is to only sell for quotas. We arent here to be taken advantage of then discarded as if were annoying.

This store sucks. I was sold the wrong case for my phone. All of the accessories are kept in the backroom. There is not much on display. The female that sold me the wrong case did not even apologize. This store is very ghetto. Shame on you!
