If I could give this Verizon location less than 1 I would. Workers there are lazy and are not customer service focused. They are high on drugs and mental idiots. They would rather stand around and talk to one another than actually do work. I dont expect much from someone making minimum wage at a Verizon store but I do expect when I take time out of my day to travel to the location my needs are met. I will not be returning.

Bought a portable phone charger, wire came out and its not working two months later and the guy, while playing on his phone, could not have cared less. He said it was abuse and that he could not do anything. He had a real attitude, will never go in there ever again and I bough two iPhones from them a year ago. Id rather make the trip to Hartsdale.

We were able to upgrade and left knowing we got great plans with Jackies professional assistance. Please come see her and her staff there are valentines day specialso free tablets ..

They are only interested in selling you a phone and they dont hide it well. They have an incredibly small selection to actually try and they try and hide the 2 year contract options to strong arm you into the monthly payment plan. Dont go here.
