This Verizon store is the best store that I have ever been to. My past experiences with Verizon were never too good, being that most of the stores customer service sucked and they were never straight up with their answers to you. So one day on google, I saw this store, saw the ratings and decided to give this a shot. The moment I walked into the store, we are welcomed with a very warm greeting. It turned out that his name was Brian too. (ayeee). Anyways, Brian walked us through everything: The price of the phones, how the billing worked etc. I am very happy with going to this particular store that day. I dont think Im going to be switching anytime soon

Great place. I was thinking about getting the new rzr but didnt want to spend a lot on it. When I expressed my feelings about why I didnt want to spend to much, the one guy (joe) tip me off about a good sale for the holiday and to wait till then. Well I came back when the sale was ongoing and I bought two phones, one for my wife and one for me. Better prices than online. Great service. Bay Terrace Verizon store is the worst. The staff there are rude and dont know anything. Shop the smaller store its beItter. You wont be disapointed.

The workers Joeseph and Lenny were extremely patient their customers. They spent hours with my problems dealing with Sprint employees which were halfass guessing their side; one of them even asked me to delete all of my contact info w/o backing it up. Thankfully these guys know they were BSing and caught it in time. Again, forget that low score troll feedback, that person obviously works for some other rival company, because anyone who had any experience with these guys knows theyre at the top of their field.

I want you to know that Ms. Pav Kaur in your 14-01 150th St., Whitestone, NY office is definitely a positive asset to your company. I needed technical assistance with my iPhone service regarding "wi fi." With her knowledge and expert assistance she helped me solve a frustrating experience. And all this, with a professional and knowledgeable manner. Definitely a plus for Verizon.

Customer service is okay. However they charge more than other Verizon locations. They add $40 to the MSRP and lowball you on trade in. They also buy Amazon Spigen cases online for roughly $8 and resell it for $50. This place is a rip off. Go to the corporate location in Bay terrace they charge regular prices and wont over charge you. Worst authorized retailer ever

UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Came in to ask a question and walked out with a brand new phone for me and my kids. They gave me great discounts and all my purchases. They really do stick to their slogan: "Customer service is our #1 priority!"... THANKS PAGING ZONE, you now have a customer for life :)

I went into the store about a month ago to get my iPhone 4s. The guys were absolutely great! They set everything up for me did a full run through of the basics on the phone changed the settings for me to my preferences. They have a great variety of accessories

This store is awesome, best customer service I have ever had with Verizon. Switched from sprint at this store and even signed up for fios there, they saved me 100 a month by switching. The employees are great and I suggest the not store to go to is theirs

great customer service, so much better then bay terrace store, prices are so much better and they can get you what ever you want. i went in for a new phone and walked out with a phone and signed up for fios and saved money. WHO CAN BEAT THAT!!!!!!
