DONT GO THERE TERRIBLE SERVICE Went to this store Friday July 7th in the afternoon to add my Son on a third line I already had two lines wit Cricket at first the Rep seemed knowledgeable at the time he was adding the third line I saw that a $43 balance on my Account pop up. Which I have auto pay and the day before my payment was deducted from my debit card the Rep informed me this payment was for the activation fee and sim Card then he said if I didnt pay it now my service will be cut off I was a little confused and wen I paid it he chargeD me a fee of $3. When he scan the Sim card I was told there was an error and it wont be processed cuz I have auto pay and auto pay is not allowing it. We then left the store only to called by the Rep to say the new line did Process. When I looked at my Account the third line was there the Rep then tried to Process it and hes showing me its an error on the PC that it cant be process cuz of auto pay that I will have to come back on Saturday July 8th I went on Saturday at 10am Same Rep was there he Scan the Sim and then showed me the computer Screen saying Error cuz of auto pay again I will have to come back on Sunday I felt the behavior of the Rep was very Suspect so I called Cricket on Boston Rd told the Rep there wat transpired in Mount Vernon store and he told me that doesnt make sense and auto pay has nothing to do with that .I went to Boston Road Cricket the Rep told me there was a Ban on my account and the 3rd line was not processing he then fixed everything it took 2 hrs I was given a new 3rd line number and he delete the first 3rd line but I had to pay an extra $45 or my service would be disconnected I paid it without having any choice then I called Costumer service who told me to go back to the Mount Vernon store to get my $45 that they are filing a claim on my account and if I dont get back my $45 they will take care of it. Today Monday July 10th went back in the afternoon same Rep wen I told him wat he did he denied it I said I had to go to Boston Rd to get it fixed he says to me so you went to 2 other places I said your twisting my words I went to one store and they undid the damage that you did to my account but I had to pay $45 from my pocket to delete that third line you couldnt process. Then he shows my husband the computer screen saying that I have four lines not 3 that the Rep in Boston Rd messed it up and wants me to call the Rep in Boston Rd I said no and I went off on him I called customer Service told them what happen my husband spoke to then and they confirmed its 3 lines and even my in my account shows 3 lines He couldnt admit he messed up and kept lying and twisting my words I eventually got my money tru customers Service

Horrible place the store is supposed to open at 10 am I sat in my car for half an hour before they opened at 10: Asked me to leave and come back in an hour because they decided to open late the location had to wait for their system to load up. Never coming back to this place ever.
