Not so friendly and even when you tried calling cant never get a representative on the phone always automatic machine, once you finally have help they were rude and very judge mental, store is nice, some nice customer service but their network sucks, callers cant hear you and its not the phone, phone is brand new s8 edge, switching company not worth for the money I pay better pay more and get great service all around

Although I had direct interaction with one customer representative while I visited this store, all of the workers here are super helpful and approachable. Neal (sorry if I incorrectly spelt it) was my helper and he is amazing. He is friendly but professional, informative and diligent. If you plan to visit this store, ask for him! Definitely the phone store you should visit!

Unfriendly and judgmental never even tried to see what the issue was with my phone they send refer to sprint corporate store when the phone just needed to be reset, went to Xtel another sprint store on Atlantic Ave and they were very friendly and helped me right away
