This was by far the WORST experience Ive ever had at any cellular store. I went in this past Friday to look into buying an iPhone. The staff there are nice and greeted me well. They tried to sell me one of their "display" model iPhones that they claim was never used by anyone. I bought it for $545 and then the problems began. The phones battery died extremely quick, the home button was sticky and the apps crashed here and there. So I took it to the Apple store to check the battery and they informed me that someone else had in fact owned the phone prior to me and that it was no longer under warranty because it was activated back in 2014. I went back to A3Comm on Monday morning and they tried to reassure me that the phone was fine after they reset the software. Needless to say after I left the same problems were occurring. So I returned again to ask for my money back and give back the phone. They claimed I had to pay a restocking fee of $50, so I said ok fine. But then the Manager/Owner no longer wanted to give me a refund so they said I would just have to deal with it. What a SCAM! Then they suggested that I should call Verizon and use the insurance company to get a new one. So yeah, let me pay another $175 deductible to get a decent working phone right? Instead of you taking back a phone just 2 days after you sold it to me? What a joke! I will say that the lady who helped me, Tulsa, was a nice attendant and I could tell she wanted to help, but Im sure her stingy boss/owner was the one who told her that I would not get a refund. So now Im out of over $500 and I have a crappy phone to show for it. Thanks a lot. Will definitely never step foot in this store or any other 3rd party "authorized retailer" again. They are all scams, BEWARE! **UPDATE: I took the owner to court and got a judgment against them in the amount of the phone plus interest. Even after this the store tried to ignore the judgment but luckily the sheriffs office enforced it for me! Will be trying to take this to the BBB or DCA/Attorney general of the state for unfair business practices.

Be extremely careful before dealing with this shop. He (Ashok) changed my 2 year contract to yearly upgrade contract without telling me and when I started contacting him to change it back he stopped being responsive. Ultimately, i had to reach out to Verizon directly who got him on the conference call with me. Fortunately, I had proof of every communication I had with him. Extremely unprofessional to deal with. Its better to deal with Verizon corporate store directly as opposed to third party stores. He is yet not willing to take my phone back or change my plan. I even offered to buy the phone out but wont help. Always insist on a receipt from him. I had also given my old phone to have it unlocked. He kept it for 3 months and finally I had to go to him to pick it up. If you are a new customer he will provide all the services possible and will be extremely responsive if youre willing to spend on new phones, upgrades or accessories. But for some reason if youre having issues, he wont help. Basically, he just wants to sell and make money in sneaky ways. Because of him we were left with a disconnected service when traveling internationally.

Dont go on this store for Verizon service, go somewhere else but dont go this store very unprofessional that Indian guy(I think hes manager) when i go there 1st time for Verizon service he told me that Verizon service supports only iPhone means u cant use android cell phones for Verizon sim, so then i need to buy an i phone which is extra expenses for me and took 2 and half hours for activate 2 sim card and buy one phone he dont know anything. Dont go

This guy is dishonest. He charged me over$50 during over having my new line with device. Once I asked him, he was saying different thing in different time. I was mad pissed off and just walk away for ever. Please do not give him business. He is a great lier.

Verizon do not lock 4 g nor iPhone but this store on liberty ave charge me $150 to unlock 3 phone I didnt know at that time they do not want to reimburse me I will take legal action
