Dropped iPhone 6s Plus, Valentines Day... use phone extensively for work, and checked out RepairXpert in Mt. Kisco. They offered a special discount $$ for LCD replacement... although there was a discount the important thing here to know is the LCD requires precision work to restore the display, otherwise, your entire phone can malfunction (battery, over heating, color distortion of the camera and screens). The Apple iPhone is costly $$$. That being said, originally, it was repaired by another tech, and the phone battery died and had lots of problems. I contacted the store next day, and they gladly took it back and switched out the display for another. Pedro is a star-tech, highly recommended, he restored the LCD and ran diagnoses, and made sure before I left everything was working well... my iPhone continues to work beautifully. They provide 90-days warranty, plus their great service to ensure a datisfied customer. The thing is, after reading many other reviews, immediate turnaround to bring these issues to the stores attention, is a win-win on both ends. One thing I should mention, Ive had my iPhone 6+, 3-years, and never had a blemish. This I strongly suggest is key, as your iPhone can be traded in later when your ready for the upgrading to the next model. I really appreciated the great service at RepairXpert!

I took my iphone in for a simple 30-minute battery change. It left the store four days later ruined. Neither the store personnel or management made any attempt during the four days to provide me with a single update – it was entirely on me to keep checking back and when I did I got either confusion or excuses. I finally gave up on these guys and asked for my phone back. No apologies or explanations were ever offered. I got my $30 repair fee returned but that doesn’t begin to cover $700 it will now cost me to replace the phone. I took the damaged iphone to Apple and they think the RepairXpert technician damaged the logic board, most likely because he was ungrounded when he changed the battery. I wanted to like this shop because of the reasonable prices but incompetent work is no bargain at any price. Non-existent customer communications are also a big concern. Buyer beware.

So i damaged my phone to where i thought it would not turn back on or even work again in general than i went online and looked up places and i found them the closest to me at the moment. I went in told them my situation and i left the phone with them and sure enough when i went back in to the store they had my iphone 6 looking like a brand new iphone that just came out the box and i must say they have the best customer service. Good luck repairxpert and keep up with the excellent work and customer service....so far the best cellphone store ive been in

I sent in the computer for them to make a simple SSD change and battery repair. Once they started repairing it, I got an email charging us 270 DOLLARS for a motherboard repair, because they claimed it was fried. However they came up with that conclusion is beyond my understanding, because it worked fine when I brought it in! The first time I went to pick it up, they were missing half of my charging cable. So I had to wait some more and then they gave me the whole thing back, in the same state as before.

I broke my verizon phone and went to verizon store to get it replaced. as i dont have insurance , i was offered to pay off my balance of $300 and then start a new payment plan on a device of my choice. I wanted to do my research and see if I can find any less expensive options. AND i did. repairxpert on main street, they had certified pre owned phones at very reasonable price. I paid $300 and got a iphone 6 that looks like new. Im happy to have not given verizon my money and choose to shop around.

I took my phone to another repair shop here in mount kisco and they did not want to fix my phone apperently... They keept saying we can sell you a phone we can sell you a phone..... I was a littlle frustrated caused they stiññ charged me 50 dollars and did not fix my phone..... Well thank god for the xperts:) thats what they like to be called apperently hahaha. They found the problem and fixed my phone in less than 24 hours for less than what the other people charged me . Great company.

Best phone repair shop in town. I lived in Mount Kisco for over 2 years now and constantly break my phone . I have gone to the repair location in front of the att store and i felt they were over priced. Even that im a regular customer. So i stummble upon this new repair shop next to village social and they have amzing prices on everything 40 dolars less than my old repair shoo... I call it my old repair shop becauseeeee im not going there again lol

I found this guys online and they are relative new around here . So i was hesitant on going to theyre location but then i found out they have 3 more locations so i decided to give them a chance and wow what good prices and quick turn around time . droped off my iphone and ipad and both were repaired to perfection in less than 2 hours . Defenetly they get 5 starts from me and now i have a reliable phone repair store that i can defenetly count on .

My experience in this store was very nice in terms of repair i give them a 5 star the only thing i would change is the turn around time i was expecting a 15 minute job and it took nearly 45 minutes to get my phone back i do understand they told me 20 to 30 minutes but i had a time frame in my mind and had other appointmentd besides this thank you and great luck . i will defenetly will keep coming to them but with a little more time in hand lol .

I can honestly say this store has amazing potential brought my note 3 for a check up because it was running slow , they took my samsung and gave it a full upgrade and check up for a very reasonable price i would say theyre like phone doctors hehe. I recomend this store for all youre needs cause they are trully a solution store .

What a great location . The tech MR. Pedro was very helpful and very understanding of the problem I had. Brought my galaxy s7 and my wifes iphone 6s he had my wifes repair in less than 1 hour and mine the did a special order and part arrived in 2 days . Will defenetly recommend this store to everybody i know .
