Visa Passport Desk

I went into this store a few weeks ago and it had a few young (male) employees who cared less about service and/or clients. I was actually quite shocked at the level of poor customer service. I was intending to upgrade my phone but now am thinking about changing carriers. The management (and district manager) need to observe these guys and train them on how to talk to people and provide service. Im still bothered a couple weeks later. Its a shame because I live in Thornwood. If you want good service DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Unacceptable

First time using this store They were incapable of explaining all of my options of upgrading, Quoted the wrong plan price and oh yea Waited two weeks and you guessed it , they ordered the wrong phone. Even disconnected me from the service before it was discovered. So go to White Plains you may wait a few minutes but it has always worked First and last time here.

I came to this Verizon store to get my new IPHONE 7 and Mike the salesperson was extremely helpful and patient. All my data, pictures and apps were downloaded and the process was painless. Considering that I forgot my passwords to everything, Mike was awesome in getting me up and running. I highly recommend him and this location.
