I got my Phone here about a month ago. I had to "get with the times" and upgrade to a smart phone. John helped me out and he was knowledgeable and didnt flinch at any weird question I had. He even gave me his # to call him or text him if I needed anymore help after hours. ** BONUS I DONT HAVE TO TALK TO A 1800 NUMBER IN INDIA** I got a good deal on my Galaxy Phone and I will shop here again.
