On December 21st I received my iPhone 7 and was having trouble transferring data. Kept hitting a brick wall having to do with the server in California. I went to the Clifton Psrk Verizon and was told they couldnt do anything to help me and I was told to call California. My best friend recommended that I take my phone to the Malta Verizon. On December 22nd my husband and I went there and were greeted by the young man who was about to fix everything, James Spring. His upbeat attitude and helpfulness was so refreshing. There was indeed a problem with connection to the server but he and his co workers were able to sort it out and within a matter of minutes my iPhone 7 was fully restored, all of my information from my old phone was successfully transferred AND he wiped the old phone clean, gave it a new number and now my husband has his own iPhone. What a completely different experience this was from the frustration I felt the day before in Clifton Park. Everyone is dressed impeccably in business attire and they look and act like professionals. I very highly recommend this particular store and a huge thank you to our consultant James Spring and Matt and to Barbara who I spoke to on Wednesday night. Jim, you restored my faith in Verizon. Thank you for all your patience, kindness and help.

Great experience in the store. The salesperson was not too pushy and didnt outwardly make it seem like I was being taken advantage of and as a result I have no real issues with the store or salesperson. They did wipe down my new screen cover and didnt give me the microfiber cloth back that came in the package (discovered once I was home), but I can forgive that. Im giving this review 3 stars because of my interaction with the Verizon rep I had to speak to on the phone while in the store. Granted, this does not reflect the quality of service I received at this site, but I had no where else to post this information. While setting up my account over the phone, the Verizon representative said they needed to run a soft credit inquiry. This was a lie, as I have now learned they ran a hard credit check. Now this will appear on my credit report for at least 2 years. This deceit is inappropriate and seems entirely unnecessary for a cell phone provider to run a hard inquiry. So be aware, if anyone says it will be a soft hit on your report, it is a lie.

I have utilized this Store twice in the last 3 months. The staff is awesome and very helpful. Kristina reviewed my account. Set me up to where I wasnt going over my data and helped save me money. Yesterday she helped me pick out a new phone for my son and managed to save me more money. All off the staff is super friendly and greeted everyone who came in the door with a smile. I will return again for any of my cellular needs!

I have been overcharged by this location twice! First when I purchased a new phone I was overcharged $145 more than Verizons advertised price (which I noticed by reading the details of my payment agreement). Just now I noticed that I was charged an extra $30 on my bill when they put me down for 2 phone upgrades when I only upgraded 1 phone! Pay close attention to your bill when shopping at this location!

Mike has been very helpful in reducing my bill each month. I appreciate Mikes time that he spent with me. He is very helpful and cares about the needs of his customers. I have three people on my Verizon and Mike found a plan so members on the plan with me cannot go over the gigabytes. That really helps me with this plan. Tina Rich is fantastic! I am not a tech savvy individual and having some difficulty with my phone I went to see Tina. Within a few minutes she had everything fixed and looked over my plan to make sure I was getting the best value for my money! Great team, I just came in to learn more about the new phone "leasing" program and thoroughly expected to get screwed over. However the sales associate I worked with took his time to answer all my questions and concerns and actually helped to lower my monthly rate while increasing my data and adding two new phones! Great store and extremely helpful staff!

This has been the best experience I have had w/a Verizon class. Max is a great teacher. I learned so much from him. I have done classes at other Verizon stores & this has been the best. I also purchases my phone here instead of Saratoga. Much better services.

At this Verizon it seems that their main objective is to SELL you something. Very few, if any, of the workers there know anything about the technology. You go in and are greeted by nice people who seem to be following a "script"
